I purchased the wall mounted display case from this company. The quality is superb and is ideal for displaying items from my hobby. Well worth every penny. There was one issue however yet the company rose magnificently to the challenge and responded admirably. I do suffer from mental illness, PTSD and Anxiety amongst others so everything tends to get amplified somewhat for me. However, two people Karen and Faisal have been magnificent, putting me at ease and being proactive every step of the way to resolve the issue. With such trustworthy and excellent responses repeat business is guaranteed. Thank you so much guys!

Bought a bed frame from here. Excellent service where they gave me updates and live alerts to where they were and it came within 2 days! I couldn’t get this bed frame anywhere without it being 5-6 weeks delivery. It came all in one piece with instructions and tools. Really easy to put together and it took me 1 hour to do it. Would recommend this company and the quality was just as good as the price!

Have had a few items of furniture from this company and find them faultless in every way, there logistics is second to none.
Everything is very well packed in super thick cardboard end bubble wrap and all corners fitted with thick protection.
When delivery day comes you always get a call before hand and a text before that.
Totally utterly brilliant, floorless.

Following a stressful few months of trying to buy furniture from other stores for our new house, we came across The All Things Furniture Co. From the beginning, they went above and beyond. Christmas Eve shelf finally located at delivery company damaged. Total heartbreak. No The all things furniture go beyond way beyond what a company commitment to its customers expectations. This is the best company i have used this is my 5th purchase I have bought all my furniture from them without seeing I just spoke to the owner told him I needed lounge dining furniture and bedroom job done all to my liking I have just moved house said I needed new bed wanted the sleigh type plus mattress in grey so I was recommended handmade by OLIVER & SONS it’s fantastic I am just about to contact again for to see what he can offer for bed side units and wardrobes

I received an excellent service from this company and was helped every step of the way with my transaction. I bought a super kingsize bed on Tuesday and it was delivered to Northern Ireland on Friday, with a backup message every day which I found really reassuring. My bed is of superior quality, but most importantly was the assistance from staff in making this happen (they don't deliver to N.I. - they do now!!) A big heartfelt thank you. Great value for money

One of the best customer service I've ever received. I ordered a customised table and a matching bench and was very specific of what I wanted. They catered to all my needs and kept me updated throughout the process. This included sending samples of the wood, colours and finishing for paint and even videos during production to double-check I was happy. Absolutely love my new table and bench - could not recommend these guys more.

My experience buying a mattress was brilliant from beginning to end. Faisal spent a long time with me making sure I could get the most natural, recyclable and best quality I could for my air bnb. I had spent a long time researching and was amazed at the incredible price I paid for such a high quality item. The delivery went smoothly and I was so pleased with the mattress that I have bought another for our home. Again, Faisal was extremely friendly and helpful and definitely went the extra mile to answer all my questions. This time my mattress was delivered 3 days later due to the delivery people making a huge effort that I didn't wait too long. A big fat 5 stars.

As i had some damages of another seller, i decided to find another one selling URBAN CHIC goods from Baumhaus. I found Theallthingsfurnitureco.
I was able to order directly from them a dresser and this very quickly by asking them a lot of questions about the price, the mode of delivery and if thereafter I could also order other furniture to deliver them in France.
The whole team is very professional, serious and available. I had answers almost immediately and she goes out of her way to satisfy the customer.
I really enjoyed collaborating with her and from now on, I will continue to shop at her house.

In May 2018, I was looking around locally and online for a quality Chesterfield Sleigh Double Bed for our Master Bedroom. I came across a rather beautiful and elegant bed online and made enquiry with several online companies/outlets, selling this particular model bed.

One of my contacts for enquiry was with THE ALL THINGS FURNITURE CO. Ltd. I made enquiry in May 2018 in respect of a SAREER LACHELLE LUXURY UPHOLSTERED CHESTERFIELD SLEIGH BED FRAME DOUBLE (4’ 6”).

On contacting, I spoke to a gentleman called Steve to discuss the bed and addressing whether the bed was offered in other colours. Within the week, 3 swatch samples were sent. Unfortunately, none of the sample colours were suitable. Steve contacted us and on hearing that the 3 colour samples were not to our liking said to leave things with him as he would contact the bed maker and get back in contact as soon as he could.

At the time, it looked as if the colour (as near as we wanted) wasn't an option as the maker (as the bed is hand made) worked in selected and certain materials.

Steve later contacted me and said he had spoken to the maker and that a certain colour and material was available that was close to the colour we were looking for.. It was called Satin Champagne. Steve sent me a sample. To our delight the colour and fabric (satin) was close to the colour we were looking for.

We placed a deposit and the bed was recently delivered. It was an assembly but straightforward. Steve contacted soon after to see how the delivery went and what we thought of the bed.

What can we say but....'What a top sale, service and sales person Steve is. He listened, discussed options, colour and material choices, checked with the maker of the bed (before we placed any order) and went out of his way to ensure that we were happy and fully satisfied.

The bed is stunning in all credit to the maker (we have conveyed our thanks to Steve to give to the maker). The bed is full quality throughout and also provided by a 5 year warranty.

My Husband and I have dealt with many companies over the years for many various things from furnishings to white goods and though THE ALL THINGS FURNITURE CO. Ltd are not well known as other local or online very well known companies, Steve gave us the personal touch throughout that is 10/10.

We would highly recommend THE ALL THINGS FURNITURE CO. Ltd in every aspect.
