Excellent experience from when I first enquired about the bed, all the way to delivery. great customer service, speedy delivery

Having bought an Asger side table from Allthingsfurniture through Ebay, I realized, on delivery, that there was an issue with the colour. I e mailed the company via Ebay but my heart sank when I received a computer generated reply. I need not have worried as five minutes later I got a call from Steve and my issue was dealt with, leaving me hugely relieved and impressed with the swift response.
I liked the table so much that I decided to order a second and left a message for Steve, who was at a furniture fair. After no doubt a very hectic day he called me back that evening after 7pm and dealt with my order over the phone. I am immensely impressed by the friendly and efficient way I was dealt with and I will definitely recommend this company.
I wish them all the luck in the world, they deserve any success that will come their way!!

Cannot recommend this retailer enough!

Steve went above and beyond to organise large shipping half way through Europe and got his goods delivered well before Christmas.
Shipping was researched and ordered by retailer through 3rd party and even though there were problems with shipping (3rd party fault) - this was resolved by theallthigsfurnitureco with no extra costs.

Buy your furniture here and you will not be disappointed.

I can not recommend this company enough he truly went above and beyond, and boy did we have some hurdles with everything because of all the sizes had to be checked. You will not go wrong with this one im one very happy bunny with the Bed (kayden) and mattress (Breasley YOU 5) never want to get out that’s the biggest problem I have now.

Great service and prompt delivery
We bought the Alphason Sonos TV stand it looks great and the cabinet is wide enough to put the sky box and DVD player in. Would definitely recommend this company.

Easily one of the best company's I have ever dealt with. Customer service is obviously their top priority and their communication with me was top notch. I received an excellent mattress exactly as stated and the courier company also gave me a call as arranged 20 minutes before delivery. I would easily recommend this company and will return again in the future.

Firstly, let me say I have never come across a company with such excellent Customer Service!
The order of my new ottoman bed was dealt with by 'Steve' from start to finish, firstly getting the samples of material colours and textures I chose to me, ASAP, then answering quickly my millions of questions with ease and confidence, even sending me video's of larger samples of the colours as I was unsure of a particular colour.
Yes I am a perfectionist!
There was a slight issue with the bed when it arrived but on contacting Steve, this was rectified the same day, and it was not the fault of The All Things Furniture Co, it was due to the manufacturer.
I would definitely buy from The All Things Furniture Co again.

I ordered a new bed from 'Theallthingsfurnitureco' on Sunday. It arrived today (Wednesday). Absolutely thrilled with my purchase. It looks exactly as I expected and good quality. Fantastic communication from the Company and also the Courier who delivered. They telephoned yesterday and gave us a three hour slot, then telephoned this morning to let us know they were 15 minutes away. I would definitely shop with this Business again and recommend to anyone. Also......it states assembly time 30 minutes, which I believe is correct for someone who knows what they are doing. Neither my husband or I are very practical and were so pleased with ourselves when it only took us 2 hours 10 minutes....!!!!! The assembly instructions were very easy to read and follow.
