Ordered a bag from Alternative Shark, no problems with any part of the process and really happy with the price (beats other retailers hands down). The item arrived in good time (especially considering the current situation), it was well wrapped and arrived in pristine condition. Will happily shop again at Alternative Shark.

Great customer service
Had a bag I wanted in stock on website and after I ordered I was emailed to say it was not in stock at the moment but if I wanted I could use my purchase as a pre order or have a partial refund and choose an alternative with a discount. I chose the latter. Correspondence was excellent and quick. Would definitely recommend.

Great business, great communication! I ordered the Metallica Sad But True Statue through them and was very satisfied with it. Denise was awesome and kept good communication about when it arrived to the store and when she was having it shipped. Shipped perfect from UK to US and was fast in getting here! Awesome Age Of Dragons Footstool
I bought this age of dragons storage box for my wife. And wow. The quality is amazing.
The pictures don't do it justice. It's so sturdy I was using it as a footstool 😂
