I never received my items
I never received my items. It was 3 months crazy dealing with the issue and now FedEx is sending invoices for me to pay for delivery of something that I never received.

Please be informed that I have issued a full refund to your credit card on 04.12.2025 and after your feedback here I have filed a formal dispute with FedEx team today, demanding they cease all billing efforts and take full responsibility for their error. I am also pursuing legal mediation to ensure they stop harassing you. I will reach out to you directly via email with the case numbers so you have them for your records. We value your business and are doing everything in our power to fix FedEx's mistake
