Hello, I ordered vegan sambas and received the regular version. They sent me the return label to replace them, and I returned them correctly. I have not heard back regarding the replacement or the money back since October 12, 2023. I have sent five emails and two messages to their Instagram account, but nothing so far (order 2214).
