Our website clearly states the return cost of your package. To be able to provide our customers with the best price, we tend to keep the initial costs low. Because of this reason, we also advise our customers based on sizing, whether they need to take a size up or down.
To respond to your message in e-mail:
"I just had a look, does this mean that additionally to almost 8 euros you keep for the return, the customer shall, in addition, pay for a transport company of our choice to return it to you? But then what are the 8 euros kept for on your side??"
We do not keep an additional €8 euros. The cost of returning to us by using our shipper is €7.95. Using your own shipper, we do not deduct any costs.

the communication isn’t efficient
I’m really happy I finally found the sneakers I wanted ( AJ 1 Seafoam) but the waiting made me more skeptical by day.
I placed the order on December 13th and received the package on January 6th.
I umderstand that it was Christmas time and all but the communication isn’t very efficient. They barely respond via live chat but at least I got info about my order.
The sneakers are brand new and the box was intact.

We ordered two pairs
We ordered two pairs, one of which wasn’t available and we got refunded - so for so good, BUT we still don’t have a tracking number, communication is extremely difficult (eg multiple emails, IG etc you didn’t do what you promise -> sending a tracking number and keeping us updated) overall very unsatisfying. I would appreciate that you could send the tracking or at least say by when it’s being delivered, as the indication of the order (1-2 days) does not seem to be accurate. Overall unsatisfactory, would not order again from you unfortunately.

I bought a PS5 from The Amsterdam Supplier, initially I was a little skeptical because I was scammed by ANOTHER online store claiming to have a PS5 but they didn't have it and I ended up having to chase them for a refund.
My experience at The Amsterdam Supplier, was absolutely positive, they responded to every little question I had and was very quick to provide me with a tracking number. Victoria was very friendly and professional!
The product came very well packaged and it is as described. I would definitely recommend The Amsterdam Supplier!
