The worst customer service I've ever had. The item shipped directly from China with bad quality.
I requested the return processing, but the customer service wasted a long time.
They never answered a phone call.

I am old and missed the chance to enter the coupon. They offered a store credit and I ordered another blanket. The velvet blanket is thick and the best for this cold weather.

My experience with them is delightful. I prepared and ordered way ahead the rush and got all the gifts I need. Just one delayed product and they promised the replacement will arrive before Christmas Eve.

I never got my order for the coat eventhough it says delivered. I had to start a claim with the post office before they shipped another one. The resolution took a while but I'm glad it was resolved.

I ordered my size for the transparent rain boots but its smaller than expected, good thing it fits my daughter, I ordered a bigger size.

This is the worst company in the world. They got my money and I never received my order. I emailed them many times but they haven't done anything about it. Stay well away from this company. Don't waste your money on them.

The CD player has half the volume it should and is terrible quality even with headset... A 40$ portable CD player sounds twice as good. It has been 11 business days and I still have no refund and it was returned in pristine original packing right down to the twisties. Has anyone found a phone number to talk to a person at ApolloBox ? "How to write a useful review? ": This company doesn't need to be told how to sell quality items and have responsive customer service. It should know better

It has been great for me and product is as advertised but you need to be patient, the side tables I ordered took 2 months to be delivered.

Easy to order, they have a lot of budget friendly gifts. I ordered another set of gifts for this Christmas.

I've never had any trouble with Apollobox. Even if the package gets a little lost, I know I can always count on them to ship another one to me for free. Thanks!

One of the crystal wind chimes arrived broke, they replaced it but it arrived after the date I needed it. The wind chimes are nice and sparkly.
