the product was better than i expected! BUT I removed a star because it took half a year to arrive. I think they only start making the products after you order and thats why its such a logn wait.. BUT JUST SAY THAT! I would understand, otherwise i spent 6 months thinking i got scammed.

I'd give this company a 0 if I could. I have emailed, left voicemail, and now a bad review. I have been waiting on a lamp that was back ordered from last year (JULY) and no response or refund from the company. Feels like a scam to me! Buyer beware.

Awful I bought an astronaut and it’s been 3 months since it’s supposed arrival yet I haven’t received anything or been contacted at all. I will take this down if I am contacted and helped

Didn't fill order. No explanation

Scam website. I placed an order for an item that was supposed to ship within 10 business days. It’s 3 weeks and it hasn’t shipped and I haven’t gotten any responses back. Of course I was charged immediately.

I have contacted this company via phone several times and left messages--no response. No one on chat. No response to "ticket requests" no response to email. I am trying to find out the status of my orders as it seems like NOTHING is moving forward.

Avoid this company at all costs unless you're willing to wait months to receive the items that you ordered. Response from their customer service representatives has been sub-par. It's clear that they are most interested in making sales and could care a less about customer service and fulfillment of their orders. Strongly discourage anyone from ordering from them.

I wish that I would have seen that their items come from China or I would not have ordered from them. I have waited for almost two months now and the shipping status says that the item has a packing label in China. I need those items for an event next week. It was a large order and now I’m wondering if I will receive anything.

Do not order from this company. It is a giant scam. I ordered a lamp from here back in April, returned it, and still have not received my refund. Customer service claimed they issued it, but I have yet to receive it and they have stopped answering my emails and refuse to call me back. So basically they stole my money. I will never order from them again and you shouldn’t either.

Without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online retailer. They are intentionally deceptive and predatory. They sell knock-off versions of products other companies design and use the photos of the real thing (can’t believe they haven’t been sued). And their advertised return policies are written intentionally to trick you. Above all, based on how they treat people, it’s evident that those who own or manage the company are genuinely bad people who have built a business designed to rob people of their hard earned money through deception and predatory business practices.

The worst. I bought a $150.00+ vase. Said it was handmade3 in China. It took forever to get it and feels like it it is made out of plastic. Handmade my ass. I got a heavy really nice vase from a Hallmark store for $20.00. I ordered one other thing. It hasn't arrived yet of course. I'm not expecting much. Customer service is terrible. Go somewhere else.

I attempted to leave a review on their website. However, you have to be a member before you can leave a review. That's a huge red flag. I purchased a rug from them and it was not as pictured when I received it and they refused to refund my money. Buyer beware do not order anything from this company.

I only gave this a 1 star because they wouldn't let me write a review without it. Your first red flag should be they don't refund or exchange any item, to me any company that stands behind their products will allow u to get a refund or exchange if ur not happy with such products u ordered. THEY DONT NO EXCEPTIONS!! My experience is the first with this company and CERTAINLY WILL BE MY LAST! I bought a light with items attached and it was for my daughter's baby shower and ordered it 8 weeks prior to the event as we were doing the babies room in the theme she had picked and of course the reveal was going to be the day of the shower and did not receive item till the day before and it didn't have all the items that I had ordered. After going back and forth with one of the so called team members finally they agreed to send the rest of items that were missing. Just received item and I have to say it is nothing like they showed. Very disappointed and going to chalk this up as a lessened learned! NEVER ORDERING FROM A COMPANY WHO WON'T REFUND OR EXCHANGE AGAIN!! All in all just very dissatisfied!

Been month.... no item...no refund...simply aweful. Total scam. Save your money. Reached out multiple times.

Ordered some plates from them, paid almost $700 and been calling / contacting them since then just to find out the ETA.. 3 weeks gone by, never once they pick up the call Nor they response to my email.

I ordered what seemed to be a unique puppet as a gift, weeks and weeks and weeks after expected delivery I had no product and no response from customer service. After being badgered incessantly about a delivery or refund THEY PURCHASED THE ITEM FROM AMAZON AND HAD IT DELIVERED TO ME! Bizarre.

Very quality product! I got a pillow from them and it is very soft, comfy, and high quality :)

Received the wrong product. Super late delivery. Said Dec 12 and just received it yesterday, January 2… still waiting for a resolution

The company delivered the wrong product. Completely not what I ordered. They refused to admit it was the wrong product despite my sending pics. Then wanted me to pay the shipping back to them. No cooperation at all. No people to talk to. DONT BUY FROM THEM

Don't do it! Ib ordered patchwork denim print curtains. They were supposed to filter in light. They sent me curtains made out of actual thick denim, stiffed color pattern and they placed the stitching to hang the hooks on the wrong side! It was 2 panels 45" x 63". They placed the hook side in the 63 inch side! Anyone that knows anything about curtains knows that's completely wrong! I requested ac return or exchange, customer service basically washed their hands of it and didn't respond!: Don't do it!
