The agents are easy to talk to. We called about a discount and was told that it was not for sale products. After further discussion, their manager approved refunding the discount. I placed two more orders for the bowl and got the discounts as well. Thanks for taking care of us. We will definitely use them again.

Got two tops, the sizing is a bit off, ordered both large but the other one is a bit tight. The material of the clothing is soft. I returned one and got my refund in 10 days. Overall experience is good and will buy from them again.

It took over 5 emails and 20 days for this company to send the mug I ordered. They kept telling me that it was shipped, but the tracking number would show only that a label was created and it was waiting for the product. I submitted a dispute with AMEX and ….voila! It was like magic…the order suddenly appeared and the tracking was updated. Absolutely be very aware of this company.Update….when they finally responded, I wanted to return the item….I paid the postage and they told me to provide a tracking number so they can see when it gets to their “warehouse”. I googled the address and it’s a townhouse in a complex. Just all around scammers.

Paid over $1600 and did not receive my order. They don't answer their phone and won't resolve over email. They keep blaming a third party. DO NOT buy from this company.

Need for halloween but my order for the led gloves took longer than expected. They said to wait another week and they will reship if I do not receive it. I got it on the 6th day of the week. The light is really bright and perfect at night.

I ordered the starry tulle skirts for my bridesmaids for my bridal shower. The quality was awesome but the sizing was off. I got sizes medium to xl and for I'm not sure if they were labeled incorrectly as the medium has the same width as the large and a few xl is larger than what it should be. I had to make them wear it to check and we managed to repair those too big ones to fit. I hope they double check in the future as some may not be as lenient as us.

I was initially disappointed as my parcel was lost and they had to make me contact UPS and ask for a confirmation that it was lost. I needed to email UPS a few times to get what they needed. After that, the sent out a replacement. It took less than a week for a resolution but at least they sent another one. Fingers crossed this one will arrive.

My cats love ApolloBox! I ordered the onigiri cat bed and it's also a scratching pad at the sides. My cats couldn't be happier! So 2 hang outs on the sides to scratch while one is inside lol. I might need to purchase another one.

Except for the longer shipping time, this is one of the stores I never have problems with. They have the biggest range of products and where I also buy from when I need a rare one of a kind gift.

I have been waiting for my order for the bird cocktail glasses but i accidentally dropped it when i opened the box. it shattered and it was depressing. i emailed them asking for a discount and they arrange a free replacement for me. I'm so happy! What a good customer service.

I am impressed with the chat support. I asked about my order for the side table and the representative clarified the transit time to me. I waited for another week as the representative explained and true enough, I got an update from FedEx for a delivery in less than a week! They could have explained it early one that's why only 4 stars.

I ordered two red apple paper weights, I have the order on my iPad. They sent me purple apples. I can't get anybody on the phone. They won't pay for return shipping fee. On their confirmation email, it doesn't specify what I ordered either. So they can send what they want, and be covered. This business doesn't care about you ! No customer appreciation. I'm sorry to have done business with this shady company.

This is hands down the best store that has unique items. I have been a customer since 2020 and has never been disappointed. I specifically love their solar light products. They’re super cheap and long lasting. I see they also have these side tables now, I haven’t bought one but will consider it in the future.

The emerald green mini heels is comfortable and cute. Nice color and I got lots of compliments when I used it. The only issue was their sizing is a bit off. I ended up returning for a bigger size.

They are responsive and helpful, I have questions about the retro cd player and they were all answered immediately. I can’t wait to receive it. I have a lot of cds waiting as well. My 90’s blood is boiling!

The skirt I ordered is too small and I didn’t know that they have Asian sizes. They gave me an gift card and they said I can keep the product. This made me satisfied even though I was unhappy with their sizing.
