Ordered lotus bowls for daughter before Xmas. Didn’t receive them until 1/112022. My grandson bought same set on Amazon and received them 2 days later for same price. The set we received was a miniature size set not what I ordered. Embarrassing to give a gift after Christmas and miniature size. Customer service said send them back for refund??? And probably wouldn’t receive it until Spring with how long it took. Lesson learned and I was going to order more items from Apollo from their site but not after this fiasco. Unacceptable and poor customer service.

I bought a set of ceramic tableware for my friend as a relocation gift. Apollo wrote a handwritten greeting card, thank you very much. Good shopping experience, the quality is very good.

I only ordered a tissue box cover, thankfully.

It ended up being overpriced now I know how it's been made. It took a long time to ship. When it arrived it's such bad quality, doesn't stand up right, is about 1 or 2 cm too small so it looks overstuffed with tissues in and I can't use it because it leaves all my tissues smelling like fish (!!).

Really wish I'd checked the reviews first.

Horrible- slow shipping out of china and horrible customer service... they lost my package and never replaced or refunded it... basically stole $70 from me

My first order never showed up. My second order says it was delivered to the wrong address. I’ve tried to email and phone this company five or six times over the past week or two with no response.

Ordered Moroccan Martini glass(es) I thought! Picture shows two but there was only one in the order. I should have read more carefully. Still, beautiful glass, and I may order another.

I am very satisfied. Product arrived in good time and good condition. Keys are very cool. Simple to install and compact.

This is actually a zero star review. I ordered a sandtimer that specifically was bought to match these specific colors shown online and I feel like an idiot for paying $50 for this dollar store looking merchandise. The glass is so low quality and the colors are nothing like they appear online. Somehow the first try to purchase ended up charging for the incorrect size so I immediately cancelled within mere seconds which on their site says it will cancel your purchase and not post to your account, well it posted and they haven't given me a refund and it's going on a month now. I also only just received the item today, it's weeks late. Stay away from this company, shotty merchandise and worse customer service

Scam scam scam!! Dodgy ! Beware

They never pick up the calls always went to voicemail, no email response, awful website. They’re fraud and fake. I return the items but haven’t received my refund yet, it’s been 5 months. I reported it to the police.
