I wish I'd read these reviews. Luckily I've only lost £12 but that's not the point. Their website was happy to take my money on the 7th of Jan but I've still not received my item. No replies to emails and their phone number is disconnected.

Over seven months to complete an order, still waiting, asked many times whats happening with no reply. Save your money, DO Not use this site. They are not good, in fact poor would be a compliment.

I put in an order december 13. After two weeks they told me that they do not have the part so I asked for money back. After another two weeks they said that they've cancelled the order and sent the money back. Well I still have not seen the money, and they don't answer no more. Contacting the gouvernments tonight to report them for stealing.

Absolutely by far the worst archery related service in the world, let alone the UK. Many dealings with them in the past, while I've been lucky enough not to have spent a lot, and actually have recieved everything I've ordered. They've absolutely always taken forever, any contact I've had with them has been minimal, very difficult to establish in the first place (the few times I've actually managed, down right rude often, and completely pointless! Useless customer service, no idea what they're doing here but it's definitely not legitimate, and absolutely a front for something dodgy!
Thank god they've finally taken the website down, I've heard countless horror stories from friends, people I'd overheard at competitions, or passed on stories about friends of friends. And all before I even knew this page was here!
I do genuinely believe every single poor review on here, and hope everyone gets their justice... The business should've been shut down at least 2 years ago!
Dodgy company do not use
Been waiting 3 months for some orders i made. There's no comminucation at all with these guys, i have no idea where my stuff is. They don't answer the phone or reply to emails i have no way of knowing where my order is and i'm very unhappy about it. Waiting for over £100 of orders and i have no tracking, no reply to emails, they don't answer the phone. Do yourself a favour and do not order from this dodgy company

Carl Aldred who ran the archery shop has done a runner. Packed up last week and not been seen since. He has taken our order and money (which I paid by bank transfer as I had dealt with them before, so no way of getting back nearly £900) Apparently a lot of people have been to the shop recently with same problem. He hasn't paid rent for months and the guy who worked for him has not been paid either but told to take stock instead.
So there is no point trying to chase them for refunds, claim on card if paid that way. Look up his details on "companies house search the register"
Confirmed order then simply disappeared
My daughter placed an order on 5th Jan. She received a confirmation and an invoice but since then, nothing.
Website is refusing to connect, phoneline just rings, no response to email.
One suggestion was to send a letter, royal mail signed-for, giving them 28 days to complete the order or refund.
The Archery Shop poor reviews
I see that The Archery Shop as not good reviews. My personal experience with them as been good. I needed a spring kit for my Stan Perflex they were the only shop that helped. Unless things have changed in the last 4 months I am surprised at the very poor reviews. The last 18 months I found parts lead time quoted are not correct I waited 4 months for a part for a Axcel scope I was told it would be a further 4 months. I phoned Truball they said the lead time is now 8-10months. I told the I bought a scope 6 months ago and it’s useless without this item. They expedited the order. This is no fault of the Archery Shop but a general shortage.
5day Dispatch. Arrives 7weeks after.
Ordered a Lense for my scope the said they had in stock and be dispatched in 5 days. In the end arrives 7weeks after purchase. Very hard to get a hold of they never reply to emails and caught Lauren one time in the phone she apologised and said I will get this out in 5days even followed by a email stating this. This of course was a lie and an unfelt apology. Item arrived 7 weeks after purchasing and no apology. They clearly have NO stock.

Same as everyone else , made an order July 2023 and received nothing. I’ve tried 📞 my dozens of times , emailing, email contact form and now the website is unavailable when you search on google. If anyone has a way of contacting these guys I’d love to know how.
Waiting on items
I ordered 2 items on 19 august 2023 that were in stock waiting on the delivery but nothing arrived then 2
weeks passed still nothing I gave them a call and they said its a back order items still waiting then 16 weeks passed still nothing trying to call cant get through I've sent afew emails still nothing. I paid through klarna but they cant do anything about it I wish I ordered through PAYPAL because they look after you. The archery shop was a excellent shop but now I don't rate them anymore..

Order a bag shown as in stock the 2nd of December and only arrived on the 2nd week of January. Tried to contact them by phone and email, no reponse. I had requested the cancellation before the dispatch of the item, as it was already 3 weeks without dispatching it. no response, and they sent it anyway. The courier dropped the bag to the door and run away, not allowing me to reject the parcel. I wrote again to them to ask for the refund and for them to get the bag back. no answer. Stay away.
