I'm sorry you dislike the tags we use. We use tags that connect through the arm that are visible on the outside of the jacket, which can only be removed by cutting. We have a clear message on the tag that reads "If this tag is removed, returns will not be accepted" This is to prevent items being worn and taken back, this also ensures quality control of all of our items.

Don’t remove the orange band right away!
The purchasing experience was good, and shipping was fast. However, I happened to not like the coat itself, and had already removed the orange band before I realized that meant I couldn’t return it. My own fault certainly, but it was still a lot of money to spend on something I wasn’t happy with in the end. If you like the coats, you’ll have a great buying experience yourself.

2nd item bought from artic army as the…
2nd item bought from artic army as the 1st didn’t suit me. At this point I want aware that I would be so dissatisfied with the customer service - and have to wait so long for a refund - hence a 2nd purchase so soon after the first.
Item had what looked like tacking stitches left in view on the hood, stitches were much larger than all other stitching on the coat, emailed customer services straight away and was told it looked like possible wear and tear and to send it in for them to look at, no time scales, no offer to cover return cost, I hadn’t even had the jacket 3 weeks. I wasn’t filled with confidence so have kept the jacket and will ask a seamstress to rectify.
2nd time - Very disappointed with my customer service experiences.
I have also been offered £4.95 (the postage cost I endured on my first coat that Artic Army deducted from my refund) to take down my previous honest review.

I'm sorry to hear that the item had an issue with the stitching, with all faults, we do ask that the item is returned for our product specialists to inspect, if it is decided that it is a manafacturing fault, we will replace the item free of charge and reimburse any return fees.
From your email, I can see that you made a complaint that your postage cost was not refunded after your return, we offered to refund this.
