Love my jacket
Love my jacket - was going to get several others aswell as this but I feel like this is all I need. At first I thought the fur was too big when I visited flannels and tried it on in person but you can never have too much fur and it really stands out! No other brand does this much fur on their hoods so it's quite unique. Delivery was very fast. Ordered Saturday, came Monday.

Nice products and good customer service, but they don’t offer free return or exchange. Because of the value and the size of the coat it cost me £27 to send it back securely with Royal Mail. Something to bear in mind if you to do want buy anything from them.
