Great Jacket! But Very Poor Returns Policy!
I do love my new bomber jacket it’s gorgeous well made and very warm! It looks fantastic on! What let’s Arctic Army down is their returns policy. I followed their size guide and opted initially for a medium as per their advice. I paid £9.99 for next day delivery. The jacket was way to big! I had to return it at my own expense following their protocol using Parcel Monkey. It cost me £21.00 to return it for an exchange! After paying £500 for a jacket I do believe Arctic Army should be responsible for return costs especially when it’s an exchange and having followed their size guidelines in the 1st instance! So beware if you do have to return the costs of shipping are bad!

Bought a bomber jacket two for my daughter in 2020 and gave it to her a few months later for Christmas. In December 2021 the coat just ripped away from the seem so I contacted arctic army to see what they do to help. They advised me to send it to them to be repaired and they done an amazing job but unfortunately a few weeks later it ripped again and I contacted them again. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix it again but instead would give me a gift card for the value we paid for the coat. They dealt with the whole situation amazing and nothing was ever a problem. Very professional and amazing customer service. We will definitely be shopping with arctic army in the future.

Great jackets, subpar service
Great jackets, but service isn’t that great. Long response time, Had to wait almost 3 weeks for my jackets, and got a $300 import duty fee after I paid the initial cost of the jackets. Jackets are nice but not worth all the hassle. Will not order again.
Excellent customer service, the correct size was received with a heartfelt apology from Artic Army. I would definitely recommend their jackets/coats. Stylish, warm and durable products.
Unfortunately the size ordered was small and hence returned with proof of return. I requested an exchange but have not heard anything back. It’s very difficult and frustrating to get hold of customer services as the answer machine is constantly on. Any grievances / concerns are left unanswered. So NOT a good experience!
Very difficult to contact
It was impossible to get in touch and arrange a return with customer service following my purchase. I emailed the address on the website 3 times and tried to follow up with a phone call. There was a strange message on the answer phone and I’m not sure if it was the company or a random man so I didn’t leave a message. I ended up messaging through Instagram and was asked a million questions and for screenshots of who I’d emailed etc. It was really really hard work and has put me off buying from them again unfortunately. Not the kind of response you expect but most especially when buying such a high price item!

Took longer than Expected, but Support very active and almost always replies instantly via Email, very friendly support and even gave me generous compensation for slight delay.
