We'd seen Randolph at a store during our many trips to Fort William in Scotland and fell in love with him.

During our latest trip, Randolph was no more, someone had decided to take him home and we knew we just had to get a Randolph of our own.

The Artists Quarter was the best value and the reviews from other satisfied customers gave extra reassurance.

Although it stated "no glass" in red font on the order page, these particular pictures don't come with glass so that shouldn't be taken to read as though the picture is somehow defective.

The picture arrived safely within 3 working days and as scheduled with updates along the way, the packaging was excellent and very professional.

We couldn't be happier with our new Randolph, we've placed him just above the stairs, he's always there to greet us as we walk across the landing or down the stairs, the quality of the frame and picture are excellent and can't be faulted.

Overall, very happy customers and we would not hesitate to purchase again.
