If there was an option for minus stars that’s what would give this company. This is hands down the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I tried buying products from their website but each time the amount would be debited but I received no order confirmation. This happened 4 times!!! Each time I contacted their chat support on whatsapp, but got a very callous and indifferent response. It’s been months and I am yet to receive around Rs. 9500 refund (amount of multiple payments) They themselves requested me to drop an email describing my issue (obviously to stop the whatsapp chats), but there’s no response there too.
And as for their 48 hours installation promise, that is absolute bull crap.
This is an ultimate fraud company. If you notice, there is no option of writing a review anywhere on their website. And any other positive reviews are surely paid ones. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR ATTRACTIVE WEBSITE AND MARKETING GIMMICKS. They are absolute frauds and thieves

Shoe Rack worth 10,000=00 broke down within 2 months from purchase.
When asked for better replacement or money back, both options were denied by company.
Third class company selling useless products.
