We had been eyeing some theater seating for a couple of weeks and were almost ready to order online, but then decided to call in as we had some questions. (Power vs manual recline; white glove service; whether or not seats would have to be ordered resulting in longer delivery time, etc.) Our order rep, Alex, was SO HELPFUL and guided us through our options which ultimately made it possible for us to make our decision and place an order. If the delivery and products are as good as Alex was, this will without a doubt be one of the best purchases we have ever made.

The Best Customer Service Experience Ever from Alex Osorii
After searching for several weeks in my state for Theater seating for my theater I found your site. It was about 1 o'clock in the morning I decided to go to Google and look for Theater seating online and when I got to your site I was somewhat intimidated because of the large variety of selection that was available to me and I had no clue on what's actually good or bad and most of all durable. So after a few days of trying to figure this out myself I decided why don't I call and get some help, so I did and when I called I got the most amazing sales person ever and his name is Alex Osorio. When I say that he directed me 2 exactly what I was looking for just by me describing to him what I wanted in a chair I was totally shocked because I consider myself a hard to please type of person and my husband is worse than me because he is a retired military veteran and Trust and Believe trying to convince someone that has so much structure it was amazing that it took no effort for me to show my husband the chairs that Alex suggested for us and immediately he was on board. I had a million and one questions and Alex had an answer for everything with such a polite and pleasant demeanor. I don't know if it was because I got overly excited or I was just talking too much but our phone call got disconnected and I was so upset because I love the fact that he was so patient and understanding and didn't make me feel rushed off the phone but I just knew that I would not get him back so I called the number back but as I was calling he was beeping in. I immediately hung the other end up and answered the phone not even knowing and said Alex OMG I am so glad that you called back I was worried that I would have to call and explain everything all over and he said no worries this is what I'm here for. I said you are amazing and thank goodness for caller ID. We continue to talk about my different options and I was pleased to know that I could purchase the chairs now but not have them deliver until my home was finished being built. I could go on and on because this was such a pleasant experience but I will end this by saying Alex Osorio is a very valuable asset to your company. Once again thank you so much for helping me understand the product and what I will be getting for my money. All of the furniture arrived in excellent condition. There were a couple of minor issues, which were taken care of right away.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
This was the worst experience ever. I am a custom integrator and I would never ever use this again. They took money for a product they don't even have in stock although they said they have quite a few in stock.
I don't find out until 2 days later that they don't have the ones I asked for. but I was charged for them.
Desperate to find them, I find the same ones on eBay and without knowing it was the same company, different person. They also tried to sell me the same seats that they don't even have. She was going to take another deposit until I asked if I reached the same company and she confirmed I did. I then tell her that you don't have them in stock and why would you say that. And as chance would have it, oops, that's right, we don't have them in stock..
In a effort to salvage the relationship, I ask her to ship me the color they do have in stock and I'll have them reupholstered myself, but I need a picture. Yes, right away I'll send the pic... 2hours later no pic. I call back and Patricia tells me, oh yeah, we don't have a picture of them.. So I ask to send me anything that resembles the style so I can show my fabric guy and she says ok. No problem, I have that right here... 2 hours later, still no pic. I call back and she proceeds to lie and say she sent it when I know and she knows she didn't...
I was so patient and respectful to her and Ashley and neither one apologize for the screw, saying that they told me, it's possible we don't have it in stock which was a flat out lie....
Do not bother with them.... They are not worth your stress to deal with unprofrssional people who do not respect the customer.

Seatcraft Grenada Leather 7000 Series
I searched a LOT of websites looking for the perfect chairs to fit in our new media room and had it narrowed down to 3 from Theaterseat.com. So I gave them a call and Ashley was wonderful! She answered all my questions and helped me choose the set we ended up purchasing! I was VERY nervous having not tested them out before spending all that money but so far we have no complaints with the Seatcraft Grenada chairs (we went with a row of 4 and a dual loveseat). They are very comfortable and we can't wait till the end of the day to watch a movie! We did purchase the White Glove option which was worth the money! They called to schedule and showed up when expected. Unpacked the chairs, brought them downstairs, put them together and then took all the garbage with them! We had a great experience and highly recommend to anyone!
