I was overwhelmed with the amount to chose from on the website, so decided to call in to narrow down my options. Thank you Clara for taking the time to help determine which seats will work for us!

I had placed an order for some seatcraft innovator seats and had some trouble with the order being finalized. I called back and spoke with Clara and she was more than helpful finding out what the problem was and resolving the issue. She was very knowledgeable about the product and was a joy to deal with.

This company will misrepresent the delivery date just to get the sale. I specifically asked about delivery dates and paid for the "white glove" delivery. I was told that three weeks was plenty of time and the delivery would occur within the timeline I needed. Three weeks is a reasonable time-frame, but it took twice that. We would have been okay with that, but we were mislead and the entire thing turned into a nightmare when we tried to cancel, the fees were through the roof. I would pay double the price to avoid the dishonesty I experienced with this company. STAY AWAY !

Clara was very helpful in our selection. The chair we were trying to order was out of stock and Clara helped us find something in our price range.

Best customer service experience I've received in recent years. Anna Hernandez is a superstar, and I would not have ordered from this company but for her superior customer service skills. Patient, tolerant, pleasant, knowledgeable, trust-worthy, and above-all, human. That's Anna. In fact, I even ordered the five-year extended warranty just to "repeat" the experience, even though I probably won't be needing it considering the superior Verona leather. She definitely rocks!

First off, customer service was great with the order that I made back in July. Seats arrived as expected and using the white glove service made the experience that much better.

Fast forward to now one of the seats is not reclining one quick call to Anna and problem is being resolved. Being a stickler for excellent customer service I could not be more happier. By tomorrow the repair order should be placed and back up and running watching movies and football in no time with my friends and family.

Definitely worth purchasing from if you are looking for media chairs.

I really LOVE the seating, comfortable, durable and such a great conversation item. Our friends are thinking of purchasing. I must say I was initially a little skeptical about ordering furniture on-line,., damages, ect., but I made a great decision on this purchase.

I ordered two sets of four (4) curved theater seats... shipping was prompt and undamaged but after setting the seats in position, what should have been a 2-4-2 combination in a four seat curved set turned out to be a 2-3-3 combination. I call customer service (Alex), explained the mix-up and he took care of the issue with no problem! Very satisfied with Alex and the quick solution. Thanks again Alex!

Terrible customer service. Was told by sales rep that I would receive my order in 7 days. Two weeks later I'm on the phone for hours trying to track down the shipment. With HT and with JB Hunt.
HT via roadrunner, sent the order to a closed J.B. Hunt location and they couldn't find it either. Then, I find out it was refused at the closed location but forwarded to another location less than an hour away, but, it will still take two to three more days for it to travel less than and hour? Then and only then will I receive a call from the "white glove service" provider of when I can expect the delivery. It will be three weeks since I paid for it! At least.

Don't these people know where they are sending paid for merchandise? And reading off a script, repeated ad naseum, that "there is nothing they can do, it's out of our hands, there is no guaranteed delivery only an estimate" is not customer service. If it's only an estimate than don't tell people a date just to secure a sale. Total rip off, will never use this company again. Should know better than dealing with an Internet company, a third party at that ( they are really Eurotec).

You have a great representative of your company in this young man, and he made this sale and the ordering process easy and even recommended an iPad holder that we also purchased. Your prices and free shipping are the best on the net, and we are looking forward to our new theater recliners! :))

So excited to be receiving this couch. I couldn't find the one I wanted until Clara helped me. She made sure the exact parts and color and material was the one I needed. Then she e mailed me the measurements. And placed the order with me. I strongly recommend this company for those who need detailed info before a purchase online.

I had the pleasure of ordering my first set of four theater seats from Patricia (November 19, 2008) in which she exemplified professionalism, customer satisfaction and demonstrated an extensive knowledge regarding an array of different theater seats that met my needs. I love my theater seats and over the years I have received countless compliments… I was truly impressed with HT Outlet, thanks to Patricia.
As a result, I decided early this week to purchase another set of four theater seats for my sister that lives in Conyers Georgia from HT Outlet. So, I called and what a surprise on the other end of the phone was Patricia (the same sale representative)!! Again, she has not only satisfied me but my sister was overwhelmed to have received an email from Patty that states, “The Seacraft 1962 Bellagio Home Theater Seats (row of 4) would be arriving 6-8 business days”. Patricia is outstanding sale representative and I just had to take a moment to acknowledge and thank her for satisfying our needs as customers!!!
I will in the future without hesitation mentioned your company (HT Outlet) to anyone I know that has a need for theater seating.

There are a handful of online retailers selling theater chairs. I had questions about the products and spoke to a couple of service reps at different places but the folks at TheaterSeat.com really know their stuff. When I had an issue with one of the chairs, Ashley went the extra mile to make sure my issue was resolved and that we were happy. I'd definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.

PS They really do price match & for me they beat the competitors price! Would recommend calling them before ordering from anyone else...

I have nothing but positive things to say about Theaterseat.com (htoutlet on Ebay). What a wonderful company! I have recommended them to everyone I know.

Andrew Singas is a customer service provider I have had the priviledge to work with on my last order. He was friendly, personable, positive and all around the kind of employee that a company should build around. He is a dynamic personality that is sure to continue to help the company to have such a positive reputation.

I had to call in since my online order didn't seem go through and Clara was quickly able to help with the issue and get my order set at the price I initially was given.

I called Clara and had a boat load of questions for her about seating. I called her 3 more times after original call and had her put together numerous quotes until finally figuring out what I wanted. Tons of patience and knowledge of product as well. Great service!
