Unsealed poor quality products

Let's start with the good. The package came relatively quickly (Manjista night time elixir) and because I ordered 2 of them, I was eligible for 2 free gifts, which is nice.

The problem is that both the elixirs and one of the free gifts came unsealed. The last time this happened, I just thought I'd got a bad batch (as I'd gotten from Amazon). That time it also gave me skin irritation. I wonder if that was because the quality isn't as rigid or if they are re-using old oils and bottles.

The fact that it is unsealed leads me to wonder about its quality control.

Will not be ordering or recommending again - especially as their products aren't cheap.

We completely understand how important product quality and safety are, especially when it comes to skincare items.

Please know that we take these matters very seriously. Our goal is to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest quality standards, and we are committed to providing safe and effective products for our customers.

We would like to clarify that if you received any of our products without an outer seal or shrink wrap, this is part of a recent change in our packaging process. In our effort to reduce plastic waste, newer batches of our products are shipped without outer plastic wrapping. Moving forward, all mini and full-size bottles will be packaged without the outer shrink wrap to minimize environmental impact.

This oil feels amazingly soft

This oil feels amazingly soft. I’m not sure how well it works for crepe like skin. However, feels fabulous on my skin.

Our products are natural and based on Ayurveda, which is not a quick fix, and it is best to use them consistently over a prolonged period. Consistency is the key!
How long it takes to see results varies depending on the hydration and current condition of the skin. To claim a certain time limit for specific results, in general, would almost amount to be dishonest, and thus we, with the best intentions, cannot specify. We recommend taking before and after pictures. We often don’t notice the subtle results when looking at our skin daily, but the more you use it the better the results.

NEW OWNERS SCAM COD

These products have jumped significantly in price. I ordered 3 and paid over $110 CAD. I got a notice from the post office that I would have to pay further COD charges. I’ve never before had to do this before and now I see for the first time they are in Singapore. I wrote to them requesting a refund and to send the products back, and they don’t answer. The previous owners knew about customer service. Don’t buy these products unless you want to pay 25% more for undisclosed delivery. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and PayPal, and I will never order another product from the ruined Ayurvedic Experience.

Utterly disappointed!

I have ordered many times before. Never a problem. Love all the products! Now to my disappointment. I placed an order on February 2nd. I waited and waited and no shipping information was given. I waited for over a week and then sent them an email asking about the status of my order. Was told that it was never scanned and probably lost. They will promptly send me another. Great ! Received my order on February 15th. Unfortunately it was missing an item. I've ordered the " AM to PM pore perfect hydration bundle " . The Nicumin black seed brightening cleansing jelly was missing from my order. I reached out , informing the company about it. I got a pretty much generic response , that they will look in to it. As of right now I am on a 13th email with them without a clear resolution. They keep sending me emails how they're " looking " in to it and asking me to wait 24 hours and then not responding until I sent them fallow up email. I keep asking for them to sent me the product I paid for. They even sent me an email stating that they are sorry, but the product is out of stock. Upon checking the app I use to place my order ,the item is clearly in stock. After I sent an email stating that the item is clearly in stock and again asking they send me what I paid for , they then informed me , that this item is a "gift" they include with said bundle. So I guess I have no right to be upset about it not being in my package ? At this point I wonder if it's just a marketing ploy to get people to buy the bundle without actually including the cleansing jelly , seeing as I got nothing but empty promises so far. I am just so completely disappointed at this interaction. I thought I found an honest company with the most awesome products. Alas ... Hopefully a resolution is coming. If so I will amend my review. I'm just not sure if I will keep ordering after that.

It is now March 9th and I have still not received my product. It seems, that something has changed with this company. Maybe owners, not sure. It is not the same customer service as before and they are using deceiving practices and don't care about their customers and their satisfaction anymore ! So sad to see another good company go bad 👎

DO NOT order the mini jarr

DO NOT order the mini jars of any of their products. I normally love this company. The Mini Blavana Ultra-Rich Youth-Boost Face Pommade for Aging Skin and the Mini Smooth-Sorbet - Oil-Free Face Gel Crème - For Apparent Wrinkle-Filling Effect, Clarity, Smoothness & Hydration were less than half full. The jar is exceptionally small and not worth the price.

Regarding the mini jars, they are not filled to the top during the filling process. A certain level of headspace is intentionally left to accommodate the filling and sealing with a plug.
However, during transit, the product naturally settles over time, creating additional headspace. Due to the small size of the jar, this headspace may appear more prominent, giving the impression that the jar is only half-filled. However, we assure you that each jar contains the correct amount of product as stated, which is 5 grams.

Problem with delivery

I'm sorry to say that even though your products are fantastic I will not be ordering any more. I ordered on January 1st and did not receive until February 13fh!, I'm sorry but that's unacceptable to me. And on top of that I had to pay another 27.00$ to Canada Post.
Not impressed with delivery . Too bad because the actual products are very good.

i have responded 3 times after…

i have responded 3 times after companing that ive been left with hndreds of blocked pores after using the products for 3 months. They asked me which i used i sent pictures twice and nothing!!! Never had skin lie this before.

My order was shipped on January 24th…

My order was shipped on January 24th and tracking was showing movement then as of February 1st movement with tracking stopped. Contacted customer service and they said to be assured my packaged would be delivered it is now Feb 6th and still no movment and USPS csnt locate thr package. Was told to wait another 24 to 48 hrs I did and they sre not sending out another package just gave me the same run around

Lost order…

My parcel was lost in the post over Christmas! Contacted customer services and they replied promptly that they were sorry but should be with me in 5 days . Still no parcel but contacted me again and sent me out a new order! I am giving 5 stars as they kept me informed all the way and I have to say I will order again as I love their products and fantastic customer care! These things happen but they did their very best to help! Always a free sample with order as well! Great company! Thanks

This company provides great service

This company provides great service. Their products are beautiful. All of the products I have tried actually do what they say they will. I’m very impressed with what I have used so far, which includes body lotion & oil, & the facial oils & cream which surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend them.

I started to use the Kesaradi face oil which is amazing!.

Though I received a damaged product originally(sample leaked), I started to use the Kesaradi face oil which is amazing. It makes the skin on my face and neck so soft and dewy. I even find the smell quite pleasant now.

Mixed emotions

It's fine to use your moisturizer or SPF protection after applying our face oils for extra moisturization when needed
We recommend warming the oils before you use them to help make application easier, and easier for the skin to absorb, allowing you to use less oil.

Best skincare I have ever found

I use the mannish glow night time elixir and the kesaradi daily glow. These are my favorite skincare products along with calcium bentonite clay face mask from “natures cleansing clay” and a microdermabrasion scrub. Anytime I try to incorporate anything else in my skincare routine I break out. I am 48 years old and have combination skin. My skin used to be oily so I was a bit afraid to use these but they have literally solved all of my skincare problems and will not only recommend them to everyone I know, I will probably never stop using them. My boyfriend now uses them too. lol he likes them better than his beard oils and uses the mannish glue all over his face. Highly recommend these products.
