Products Hit & Miss - Poor Delivery Times
Be aware - delivery of products can be very unreliable with timing. Out of 4 orders, 2 not processed until 1-2 weeks after the order was placed and 1 was wrongly addressed and took over a month to arrive. In each of these cases the customer service just kept saying they are busy it’ll be posted in the next 2 days (it still took over a week to be posted on both cases).
In regard to product:
* Rufolia PRO Periorbital Eyemulsion is excellent and has done wonders for my eye area (wrinkles and pigmentation). Recommend this one!
* Cerabuild eye and neck cream feels lovely and absorbs beautifully into my skin. It does have a strong floral fragrance that can be a bit overpowering but dissipates quickly.
* Manjistha Lip Balm has an extremely overpowering floral smell (like a heavy-sikly old lady perfume) - an odd choice for a lip balm. I couldn’t wear it and tried to give it away but no one I knew could bear the overpowering smell.
* Sandalwood Rose Age Defying Eye Butter was a bit oily on the eyes (definitely a night product) and was quite grainy and has heavy floral fragrance. It’s still sitting in my cabinet barely used after 12 months - I should have returned it.
* Coconut Rose Softening Cleanser, leaves a heavy residue and even after double washing there’s was still make up evident on my face just by wiping a make-up wipe across it (including foundation).
* Yauvari Youth Spring Oil is a lovely oil, not too heavy and not overly fragrance. I didn’t notice any big changes but I probably wasn’t consistent enough after an initial 3 weeks of really use.
Overall a bit hit and miss but definitely a fan of the eye Rufolia eye creams (both the dark red and pink tubes have given me great results).

Haven't received order
Placed order in Nov, still hasn't arrived, doubt it's even been shipped yet,getting same type of apology emails saying il have it very soon! Very disappointed as I've ordered before and received order in timely delivery, thought order was coming from Germany, not outer mongolia

Very strong and offensive smells for 2 day of 1 application
I bought Blavana Body lotion and the Cerabuild face and neck cream from The Ayruveda Experience. I am sure I might have gotten results but in my household everyone asked me what the hell I put on. Then I went to a friends house and that household was offended by the very potent smell. My first reaction was being overwhelmed by the smell fumes and when I put on at night I just wanted to shower. I am not using these products and don't recommend because the smell is strong and offensive. I had a hard time to wash off that smell and it lasted for another day and not as intense but still offensive. I was told that it was my personal preference but when others spoke up without my solicitation then I decided i put up with that enough and lost hope of it working for me. Not acceptable!

I received Balaayah black gram oil together with Yauvari youth spring! Very happy! Both gorgeous oils! I’m happy I read some of the negative reviews after I’ve purchased because it would have been a shame to have got turned off as I’m delighted with them and they truly smell wonderful and I’m generally a very fussy person!! So I’m sorry for the people that got disappointed but I will definitely re-order! 🫶🏻🧡🫶🏻

While I personally love the fragrance disappointed in price and results
While I personally love the fragrance and how it is absorbed not leaving oily sheen on skin as most body oils do however, I do not see any improvements of any kind. Bottle is almost gone in barely a month, very pricey for a monthly purchase. I love the face oil and the way it smells as well. I am 69 yrs young native Floridian and had very high hopes for this boy oil product.

Our products are natural and based on Ayurveda, which is not a quick fix, and it is best to use them consistently over a prolonged period. Consistency is the key!
How long it takes to see results varies depending on the hydration and current condition of the skin. To claim a certain time limit for specific results, in general, would almost amount to be dishonest, and thus we, with the best intentions, cannot specify. We recommend taking before and after pictures. We often don’t notice the subtle results when looking at our skin daily, but the more you use it the better the results.

Unpleasant smell
I received my black gram booster oil and have just started using it, however the fragrance is quite unpleasant and my husband has also asked me to stop using it. I'd like an alternative if there is one.

I purchased the Balaayah Black Gram…
I purchased the Balaayah Black Gram Body Booster and it arrived promptly, but I was rather disappointed as the smell of the oil had a horrible fragrance. It smelt a bit off an unusual smell that I had not experienced before. I applied the oil to my legs daily where the skin was very dry and three days later it had made no difference at all.
The smell was weird difficult to describe. I am obviously very disappointed with this product.

Just received my first order and I was…
Just received my first order and I was very disappointed that it arrived in a scruffy, ripped Jiffy bag, that had clearly been thrown about in the delivery van and squashed by other parcels, as my products inside were all squashed. For the amount of money I paid I would have expected the products to have at least been packaged in a protective box. Very cheap and shoddy packaging does not give me confidence in the products or company.

I ordered from this company on the 29th November, there is very little order feedback although some clients said their order arrived the next day I am still waiting. I have asked the helpline , contacted the company numerous times just an automated reply . The money is taken from my account, and says order fulfilled. I ordered a second time on December 1st , a larger amount, money taken from my account, it says order unprocessed. All attempts to contact the company and track my parcels have been unsuccessful with automated responses in reply . Nowhere have they actually addressed the problems. I do not trust this company at all and wonder if there's a second false company trading under theif name.

It's now one day later and still havent received my order which was placed 10/23/24. It's now 11/21. Reviewed my records and the products didn't ship from Ayurveda until about two weeks after after the initial order. DHL is still horrendous...the tracking is off the charts awful. Seems this should be looked into to stay competitive.
