The Bamboo Pillow 

I purchased one of these pillows a few years ago from Ideal Home show and it was the best pillow ever.

I purchased another to replace the one i purchased. this time around the pillow is not the same. Less filling and the materials used are sub-par....

it used to be a great product and now its not!

My sleeping has improved and i do not move as much as i used to during the nights sleep.

Used to be better
Purchased an original bamboo pillow several years ago, was very happy so once the old one became uncomfortable I instantly went on the website and purchased the same one.
Only it wasn't. Instead of pure memory foam it's now shredded, after just 3 months I started to experience neck pain. Realised my mistake I went on the website again to find a pure memory foam pillow, which I ordered and paid for.
This new one was even worse, having an air pocket on the middle which just makes it flat, after just two nights I contacted the company via the webform, still yet to receive a reply after 4 days and chase up...

Dealing with the company was excellent though the product didn’t work as well as I thought it might.

Best night sleep in years with the bamboo pillow

Ordering and receiving my pillows was a seamless process. The pillows themselves have been good for my allergies and I've noticed a marked improvement in my usually persistent shoulder and neck pain. They are not comfortable pillows (they are a bit on the hard side); however worth it for pain alleviation purposes.

Had my pillow for about 2 weeks now and still not sure about it. I find it quite hard however the one good thing is I am not waking up with any neck pain. Will keep trying it but much prefer a softer pillow.

I have found this pillow to be very beneficial for my long-standing neck and shoulder problems. For the first time in years I am waking up able to turn my head easily and pain free.

Ordered pillow on Sunday night and received on Tuesday. Received free shipping. Pillow is really good, after only 2 weeks I am feeling less neck ache than using standard pillows.

Best pillow I have ever had sleep really well now

From a product perspective, I currently have a Tempur pillow at home and wanted something similar for when I'm away.
It's the same shape as my Tempur and quite a bit smaller.
It's also quite a bit harder and whilst I haven't found it uncomfortable, you don't get the same feeling of sinking into it, however, it is 1/3 the price.
It has a cooling pad, however with the pillowcase on it, I notice no temp difference between this and my Tempur (which has no cooling pad).
Too early to comment on longevity, but seems v good value for money.

From a delivery perspective, super-quick delivery, but I have to take a star off because the delivery service you use is shocking. I was out and their idea of putting it in a safe space was throwing it over the fence into the back garden.... not impressed at all and lucky it didn't rain.

Very comfy and haven't woke up with a headache or migraine since using it. Like most memory foam/latex pillows on the market it's heavy so I wouldn't use it for a pillow fight, you'd knock the other person clean out if you did or give them a serious concussion!!! (My husband and I have found that out the hard way! 💫)

Love this poillow. I have a memory foam mattress and since ive thrown the feather pillows and used the bamboo i have a great sleep with out pain. Fab.
