What can I say after just 3 days of…

What can I say after just 3 days of sleeping on this bamboo pillows 1) my hands haven’t been numb every morning 2) I get out of bed and don’t walk crooked, I have had operations on my shoulders, elbows , carpal tunnel, and like I said, it usually always comes from your neck, plus when I watch TV in bed, always use two pillows, rolled up towel for my neck since having this pillow never needed another to prop up plus I’ve had 36 operation since 1984 and therapy galore so so far I am very happy

AVOID!!

By the look of it they have gone out of business, no delivery of item bought, emails bounce back and both numbers no longer work. Have had to contact my bank to get my money back

Order never received, no contact options to get refund

I placed an order for bamboo coffee cups 3 weeks ago; they are for a business event next week, so I'm very disappointed in the service as it's impacting me professionally. The money was taken immediately yet I have received no shipping information. In the FAQs a next day delivery service is stated to be used yet I have yet to receive either the product or any delivery update. There is no contact telephone number anywhere, despite stating on the website itself that you can go to contact page for email & phone numbers for immediate reply. I have submitted queries via their online feedback form and to their email address but have received no reply. I then received a trustpilot request to rate the product that I had never received.

There is also no contact number on their invoice, only a residential address. The company name listed on their invoice is listed as dissolved on companies house. All concerning! I will be chasing a refund now, disappointing service overall, avoid!!

Order never arrived yet was charged.

Having sent an email stating that my order had not arrived, I was then sent this link to write a review, with no explanation as to the status of my order. I shall now need to chase a refund, however their communication is terrible. I should be awarding zero stars as a rating. Money taken, yet no order. Avoid!

Update 13.05. I tried to ring the phone number listed on the order and the line is not working. Is this company fake? I suggest you do not order.
Ordered 14 days ago and no order has turned up, no tracking details. I have sent 4 emails and not a single reply. Complete radio silence.

Delayed delivery

There was a huge delay, after paying for my order, in getting it delivered. I did eventually receive an apology from the company and an explanation of what was going on, but only when I pushed for it directly. The product is great! But communication skills could be better...

I ordered on 15 November

I ordered on 15 November. Received an email to confirm my order but I’ve heard nothing since. I paid for next day delivery. I’ve chased by email and the telephone number they gave me says it’s unrecognised.
UPDATE: The company has now got in contact to apologise and to explain that they had problems with their shipping provider but that my item has now been sent. I have changed my initial 1 star rating. I have now received the product and a refund.

I have not received my order

EDIT: Once I managed to speak to someone at Bamboo Pillow they did refund me as unable to fulfil order.

I have not received my order - I emailed for an update or a tracking number and had no response. Please advise

Bamboo pillows arrived after a hiccup... Good to know the company respond well to problems

Hallowe'en. Am updating my earlier review.... see below... as the bamboo pillows have arrived. To be fair to the company they confessed to a new IT email system which I guess had teething problems and my issue blackholed. Once they realised, the company regularly communicated with me to see if replacement parcel arrived. It has. So am happy to amend my rating to 4 stars and I thank the team for their care. Always good to know a company will rectify problems. And I thank them.

Ordered 3 bamboo pillows on 16th Sept.
Been asked to submit a Trustpilot review 3 days ago.
As it is now 3rd Oct and still not arrived plus Tracking reports no update on "we have collected your parcel" by Yodel Domestic since 20th Sept, how can I give anything but a very poor experience marking though whether should be for Yodel Domestic or The Bambo Pillow is unclear. No explanation as yet. Maybe this review will provoke one or other to ask why a shipment is in limbo?

Good but not outstanding

Thankfully there was none of the downsides that we were dreading having read some of the less complimentary reviews. This was a gift for mum, who is neither impressed nor unimpressed with the results, but at least I’m thankful that she hasn’t developed any discomfort from using it. However, at the original price of £95 (we managed to bargain the discounted price at the Ideal Home Show down further to £30) I would say it is highly overpriced.
