The Bamboo Pillow 

Excellent quality product, bought for my teenage Grandaughter, she loves them, going to get one for myself

Arrived promptly and extremely comfortable. I really hope the eco credentials of bamboo used in this way are genuine.

If you’re concerned about the ethics of the things you buy and came across this website claiming to sell ‘fair trade’ and ‘sustainable’ pillows, I should inform you that you’re grossly mistaken. The pillow that arrived (2 weeks after ordering it with no word from the retailer) was in a cheap Chinese carry bag and was indeed marked to have been made in the PRC. Sure, bamboo grows there, but it isn’t sustainable and there is no company called The Bamboo Pillow that even owns factories or anything else in China, this is a cheap bulk item that is being sold under the guise of being ethical and sustainable when really its just a private label job that has been very poorly hidden.
The packaging even said ‘Royalty Garden’ and is tackily decorated with gold crowns and slogans that make it abundantly clear that all statements made on the website are false regarding anything ethical. You will get a bamboo pillow, maybe late, it will be from China, it won’t be sustainable, nor ethical.
Will be sending back to wherever it came from. Red flag indeed.

Took 20+ days to arrive and heard nothing of my order until I put a review on here

These pillows were delivered quickly and appear to be good quality.
They have taken a day or two to get used to but seem to be better for a few days use.

I’ve been searching for a replacement for my original bamboo pillow that I’ve had for years, many have failed but this one is a triumph, I love it, perfect thickness and support and came smelling of lavender which was an unexpected bonus, love it and will be replacing all the pillows with these!

Service is poor, I ordered 2 pack of the bamboo pillow & only one was delivered. I have emailed twice to address this with no response at all & you cannot get through on the telephone number supplied. The pillow itself is a little too high for myself however it is a good quality product.

UPDATE: 13/6/21- Following the review above the company has since been in touch, firstly by email to say they didn’t have my emails & had an issue with the phones & would dispatch the remainder of my order. This has since been received, along with a very swift request to update the review. I am happy to edit the review & increase the star rating from 1 to 3 as the company have made good it’s just a shame it took me to write the review to get a response.

After trying many other pillows I have found the best pillow that suits me,I sleep better and feel refreshed

Next day delivery which I wasn't expecting. Ordered direct from Bamboo Pillow and not from those tax avoiding shop- shutters Amazon.First class service and an excellent product.

The pillow is quite comfortable. It is heavy and not as 'bouncy' as I hoped it would be. It is nice when you sleep on your side, but on your belly or back it doesn't give the appropriate neck support.

We have only tried them for one night at the moment but it certainly gave me a better night's sleep.

I had a problem with delivery which was sorted out straight away. The pillow is fantastic, already sleeping better and less neck pain. Thank you

My pillows arrived after I was asked to write a review, they arrived the next day but meanwhile two more arrived which I had to send back which cost me just over eight pounds in postage, however I am very pleased with the pillows.
