Awful customer service. The item turned up at the wrong address and I wanted to return it as I had found a better company (panda pillow), I constantly had to send emails again and again to check how things were doing, to actually get my refund, etc. Very slow at replying and just utterly incompetent. I wouldn't ever shop with this company again, don't bother.

I ordered these pillows as they had great reviews. When they arrived they were rolled and flat. I left them to rise overnight, and in the morning were ready for use. I was so excited to use them, however I had the worst nights sleep ever. They were hard, and not like I expected memory foam to be. Based on that I would not recommend them.

I am sorry to hear you are not getting on with the pillow. It is very common for the pillows to be firm and hard at first since they are filled with shredded memory foam which tends to stick together due to the way it's packed.
It is common for it to be uncomfortable at the start, especially if you have not been sleeping with the right support for a while (the weaker your neck muscles the more uncomfortable).
It is necessary for customers to follow the following procedure in order to experience the max benefit from our Bamboo Pillows.
For the first week, you are advised to plump the pillow and 'knead' it with your hands, breaking up the bits of shredded memory foam. By gently plumping and kneading the pillow you will loosen and unlock the Memory Foam Strands allowing the pillow to expand.
Our pillows are proven to offer better overall support and are a better long-term option for your neck. I would suggest you try to persevere for a little longer and make the most of your 30-day trial. You can read many reviews online from people who have persevered and have been very thankful.

Superb pillow
Superb pillow. I ordered 2 (but 1 in error) and they were very understanding and agreed to take the other back at their postage expense.
Great customer service.
This pillow is really great. I've struggled to find a good one for years and this one does seem to stay a bit cooler than most foam pillows.

This pillow is amazing
This pillow is amazing. I had a brain tumour removed 4 years ago and unfortunately I have another one now but this pillow has helped me with my sleeping and with my sweating.
It is very comfy and I now get a good night's sleep.

Comfy sleep
It took a little while to get used to the firmness of the pillow but I began to realise that I was falling asleep much more quickly and also my neck no longer was painful when I woke up. I have recommended this to my friends.

Mixed feelings
My pillow arrived quickly. I was really pleased that it smelt like lavender. The drawback was that even at its flattest, the pillow was much too full and too stiff and so actually made my neck pain a lot worse. I have solved this by slicing it open and removing three quarters of the shredded foam inside it, which I've used to make a cushion. The pillow is now comfortable and I have a new cushion. Win-win!

I was lucky enough to win a bamboo pillow on a competition on face book. Delivery was quick and the pillow came wrapped and compressed and in a lovely carry case. I have found it very comfortable and helpful with pain i usually get from other pillows due them not having good support for your neck. Would highly recommend if your thinking of purchasing 😊😊😊

Bamboo Pillow Winner!
I was so thrilled to win a Bamboo Pillow from this lovely home decor company. When it arrived it looked very posh in a carry case with a zip resembing a ghetto blaster! I took the pillow out of the carry case as it was vacuum packed. I read the instructions and it said to leave for 1-2 days to gain its shape. It did exactly that! I cannot believe I haven't bought one of these before, it has most definitely added to my quality of sleep! So lucky I won one and now will be purchasing a bamboo pillow for my partner! I would definitely recommend everyone to get one of these. A good night's sleep is so important for health and functioning benefits.. I love my bamboo pillow. Thank you xx
