The Bamboo Pillow 

I bought 2 one each for me and my husband... a complete waste of money ! I am so so disappointed... they are very hard .I've plumped them up time after time and persevered for 2 weeks but can't anymore. The pillow gives me headache when I wake...it's like laying on a rock !!! One thing in its favour though it does keep your head cool .

We didn't like these pillows at all, we found them very uncomfortable. We were unable to mould them into a comfortable shape.

Excellent service and punctual delivery. Love the bamboo pillow. Just the right height, not too soft and not too hard.

Does have a smell on arrival but that went away very quickly.

Took some getting used to it - was hard to start with but now softening up. Would also like to see some colour variations in the cover as it stands out next to sheet and quilt choice.

Unfortunately I can’t get on with the pillow infact I wake up feeling worse is there any chance of returning it pls

Already had one bamboo pillow which I love and which has helped my neck stiffness, even though I was sceptical at first!! I ordered a twin pack recently, one for my mother and one for my husband! They arrived promptly and no delivery problems! I do think they seem thinner than my original one, even after using for a week, but they may plump up with time!

After trying the bamboo pillow for a couple of weeks i found it so uncomfortable i decided to return it under the money back guarantee. At first i was told to keep trying it for the full 30 days trial period as they take time to soften. I did this but the pillow was still very hard and uncomfortable so i decided to return it, this was a very easy return i just dropped it at a local pick up point. I did have to chase up my refund though as it had not been recognised as returned but as soon as they tracked it down i did get a full refund as promised.

Left them to air for a couple of days as advised so didn't really notice any bad smell. They're quite big but much better than having two pillows. They feel a bit hard initially but we're getting used to them and sleeping really well. Also keeps my head cooler when the hot flushes strike! All things considered I think they're a really good buy.

I was a bit wary at first but i am over the moon with my pillow now. I bought one for myself, and my husband noticed how pleased i was i had to order one for him now we are both happy

Fab pillow. Has pretty much reduced my neck and shoulder pain to nothing! Amazing!

I have purchased these before,
for years I have been buying different types and fillings.
Bought one about 3 years ago, best pillow ever.
Its all down to preference.
Only had to buy replacements because this one got damaged at a festival.

Bought these for my mum as I have 2 and absolutely love them! No other pillow will be he same! Brilliant

First used the pillow whilst visiting my son in Australia, couldn't wait to order my own when I returned home I am having the best most restful sleep ever , This pillow wasn't cheap but its the best investment I have ever made. Thank you.
