Brilliant customer service
I recently bought some wicker baskets from basket company and I bought one just to see if it would match and unfortunately they didn’t have any more in stock, but a quick email and they said they were due to get some more and they would let me know, which they did and I called them and were very helpful and I ordered more but they checked and sent me pictures to make sure they were correct, I would recommend them to friends and family.

Please avoid shopping for pets and Dog…
Please avoid shopping for pets and Dog beds. Substandard quality, awfully woven baskets, the customer service is terrible too.
Definitely not worth the money and it takes a long time to get a refund.
Our two dog beds were delivered in a box which had clearly been used to return products already (I’m all for recycling but not when if the box is already damaged). The items were not balanced correctly, one of the mattress bags were ripped and had clearly been tried out by another customer.
Avoid!

We’re genuinely sorry to hear you’ve had a disappointing experience and we’re grateful you took the time to leave a review. Please be assured that we do have quality checks in place before each of our baskets are sent out and it would seem that one of the dog beds you received was not up to standard. We are very sorry about this.
All of our baskets and boxes are brand new and unused. It sounds like your box had a rough time in transit with the courier and we can only apologise for this, however unfortunately we cannot control how couriers treat the order in transit.
As with all retail companies, we process refunds once we are in receipt of the products to be refunded, as per our Returns policy on our website. Once we have received your returned products, we will process your refund as soon as we possibly can. We have arranged a second collection for you today as we unfortunately had to cancel yesterday’s collection as you contacted us to say you were going out, and a person has to be present for the collection to be made.
Everyone in our little company works so hard and cares so much about what they do. Once again, we’re really sorry that this situation left you feeling so disappointed.

It took ages for the basket to be delivered .
Although you kept us informed, it took weeks and weeks for our laundry basket to be delivered. We were just about to cancel and go elsewhere when suddenly the basket was delivered. Must say we were delighted with the basket.

Good quality wood basket
Lovely website and lots of choice we bought a wood basket, fits amd looks great in our gap in the lounge. Just ordered another one so we can keep one full in the conservatory for when the other empty. Came also relatively quickly.

I ordered three lovely baskets for my kitchen, and needed them on the Friday. Somehow I’d picked the wrong delivery options. I phoned the basket company asking to cancel and re order for next day delivery. They sent them that day without an extra charge and they arrived in the nick of time. So pleased.

Speedy delivery, excellent customer service!
I really appreciated an email from the company explaining that the colour of the baskets was slightly different to the laundry basket that I had ordered, and asking whether I minded or wanted to cancel the order. I didn't mind as the baskets are so gorgeous! They sent the order out that evening and it arrived the following day. Very impressed with the speed of delivery and the customer service. Would thoroughly recommend and I'm sure I will order more from them in due course!
