Nothing ever arrived, refused a refund. I had to claim off PayPal.
They send you excuses about shipping and blame their logistics company.
I ordered 7 weeks ago - they aren’t coming.

Payment taken but no battery- said 3-5 days which was over 4 weeks ago! Stay away from this Company!

Do not deal with them goods ordered 10 June and not received. They refuse to give a refund same as reviews below

Sadly after over 2 weeks of waiting for over £200 worth of batteries I’m still yet to receive my delivery, despite them saying delivery is 2-3 days.
After speaking to ‘John’ from the Support Team, he said
‘Unfortunately, we don’t have any idea when it will be delivered or shipped out’.

Annoyingly I’ll have to ask for a refund and buy elsewhere.

If it seems to be too good to be true, it usually is!

I can only give a review if I give this a single star which is unfair as I don't think they deserve even that, My experience , took the order online and indicated it would be with me in 3 days sounds fair that time passed and after chasing now advised delayed shipping and to give it longer, still under the belief its std UK delivery , third chase find out its coming from Asia and upto 6 weeks and will not refund or dispatch replacement, If they advised if they were drop shipping from Asia it would have been my choice to complete the order, I have logged this with Paypal to resolve,

A terrible service
I’ve waited over 4 weeks for a single battery and still not received it. They can’t even tell me where it is.AVOID

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered my Dewalt batteries 2 months ago and am still waiting. I was told it was down to Hermes and the pandemic, seems to be the excuse for every company at the moment, which i don't buy into. More recently, only after chasing and chasing, i have been informed that they didn't have the batteries in stock so these are now coming from Asia. Why didn't they own up to this in the first place.
Customer service is shocking, i never receive any updates, i have to continuously chase for an update each week. I have asked to be refunded as i need these batteries every weekend for work on my house, which is why i ordered them. I cannot afford to buy another set elsewhere but they have refused a refund as i don't have the goods yet. A complete disgrace and will never deal with this company again. I am so frustrated and there seems to be nothing i can do.

Awful company, do not use them. Paid £69.99 for two batteries on the 29th May still waiting for them. Running out of excuses why I haven’t received them, the latest is they have sold out and they are waiting for additional stock from Asia, don’t just read my review look at how many have / are having problems DO NOT USE

Stay away! Over a month and my batteries haven’t arrived. Excuses about logistics company- no tracking number provided ! Refused refund . Fortunately PayPal refunded the payment.

Ordered 2 batteries 4 weeks ago, complained several times via email that they have not been delivered.had only one reply and that was refusing a refund and they are now ignoring all further communication. Currently trying to claim back through my bank.. do not use this company

I didn’t even want to give them one star.
Like others I was thinking ‘quick’, ‘cheap’ - but the same email week after week - its our distribution network, its on its way. Now asking for my money back as I believe even in these trying times this isn’t right. And as for being UK based, LOL.

Battery’s are useless placed order for 2 they came within a fortnight they seemed ok
Placed order for another 6 they took best part of a month to turn up been using them about 2 weeks and they are absolutely crap
PLEASE people don’t waste your money on crap quality batteries that don’t last a fortnight pay the extra and buy genuine

been waiting over a month for the batteries and been told lame excuses as to why I cant get tracking information or a tracking number. Been denied a refund several times and they've blamed it on the logistics delivery company. Does anyone know how I can get my refund as I didn't pay through paypal?

Do not order from here. I ordered a battery 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Been in touch several times with company and they keep fobbing me off blaming the logistics company. Looks like i'll have to lodge a dispute with paypal for a refund

Ordered 2 dewalt batteries a month ago, they tell me they were dispatched and yet can’t provide tracking information!
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Wish I had read these trustpilot reviews.
UPDATE:
Still not received & they will not give a refund because my order has left their warehouse. Was told their uk branch had ran out of stock, so it’s now coming from Asia !!
I’ll be requesting a charge bank from my credit card company.

An awful experience trying to buy from this company. They promise Express, Tracked delivery. My order never arrived and despite asking several times they refused to give me a tracking number. My advice is to steer clear of this company. I was lucky and PayPal refunded my money.

I returned my order to them and they acknowledged receipt. I’ve been waiting for 1 month now for the refund but each time I enquire as to when it’s happening, I get fobbed off with a lame excuse.
I’ve written several communications over the past weeks but each time they respond with same reply and nothing progresses further. Im still waiting!

Joke of a business. Pretend to be uk based with their web address but their "fast shipping" is basically how quickly they get your goods on a very slow boat from China. The same scripted email response every time you get in touch blaming the shipping company but never giving you details of who the shipping company is or supplying you with any tracking information. If you want your goods in a hurry AVOID. .

Should have read these reviews before ordering, so much for express shipping still waiting and can’t contact them via email as server rejects their address. The 5 year warranty won’t be worth S#!T if my order ever arrives.
