Really poor. Still waiting for my order 20 days after placing. Emailed them and they said it’s been despatched and must just be the delivery company delayed. Funny how every other parcel I have ordered using the same delivery companies arrives! Scammers, avoid!!!

I ordered 4 Dewalt batteries from this company two weeks ag and as yet still not received them. I have emailed them several times and they emailed back saying they have been sent but I don’t think they have so I would not touch this company if I were you, I think they are not reputable avoid avoid avoid!!!

Fast shipping & very good quality product.

Absolute joke of a company stay well clear. Its now 15 days since i made a purchase. They have been keeping in touch through email no phone number. Their saying they cant track parcel & until parcel is returned to them they cant do refund. Im now having to go through paypal & will be contacting trading standard's. Again stay clear unless you want a sore head!!!!

Avoid at all costs.
Ordered 4 Milwaukee 6aph batteries, advised a few days and still no receipt of the parcel, this is almost two weeks.
Total waste avoid with a passion.
PayPal are now involved, such a shame.
No number to call just email address, and even then no response, however very quick to thank you for your order!

Two Makita style batteries ordered at a price that couldn’t be believed.
From initial order to delivery there was regular updates and information from the company.
So far the batteries do exactly as I need, prompt charging excellent life and no problems with the tools I have.
The order arrived on time and I cannot complain in anyway at all.

What an absolute joke of a company. No telephone number to contact, took PayPal to get involved before a response as they didn’t reply to any of my emails. Bought a battery on the 6th of May with a 1 to 3 day delivery. After a week nothing. It took them 3 weeks to respond with Hermes delivery have lost your parcel and we will refund you. It’s over a month now. Avoid

Bought a larger capacity Makita 10.8 volt battery for my hammer drill. Quick delivery via Hermes. Short charge and ready to go

Tried my new ryobi battery today cutting osb boards and 3x2 no problem at all compared to my old battery 1.3a it was like getting out of a Morris minor and getting in a Aston Martin well pleased

When i visited your site i could,nt believe the prices. so i took a chance and bought one. the battery was delivered in good time .It fits all my Ryobi tools . and have used it today. i would certainly recommend Battery outlet to any body needing a spare battery> the company kept in touch from ordering to delivery. which i thought was excellent . Found this firm purely by chance, now a few days later got a new battery for my Ryobi 18v tools at a third of the proper price.
Excellent service and few emails back and forth confirms intelligent human life at the other end !!

On first sight they look cheap nasty chinese imports, wished I had bought original dewalt. The plastic feels cheap and is made by shentec! Who is Shentec? I ordered Dewalt, you can tell by the plastic that there made of there not original. Tottally disappointed

I bought two batteries and a charger from this site and have had absolutely no issues with them. The charger came separately and is a very robust unit.
Any questions I had, were dealt with very promptly and efficiently and I found the co-founder of the company very pleasant to deal with.
I have only had the items for a short time, but have no problem with recommending this company or their products.

The batteries are very good with a great price. I will definitely order again.
