Slick marketing, faulty product, no warranty, and no refund

The marketing for Beast blenders is slick and persuasive, but my experience shows this company is not trustworthy. I purchased a blender from the UK distributor, and within a few months the blade assembly developed faults. A replacement part was sent, but the issue recurred. Replacement parts have been unavailable for months, and my refund requests were ignored. The UK distributor is now in liquidation, leaving customers without recourse, yet the US brand refuses to resolve the issue. The worst company I’ve dealt with.

DO NOT BUY

I placed an order on December 19, 2025(a Friday) with overnight priory delivery. a label wasn't made it on Monday, which I understand since it was the weekend. it has been over a week since I have placed the order and I have been trying to cancel the order but I have been dealing with stupid AI and it will not let me talk to real person. it says that they do not have a cancelation policy but I can return the product if I want. How am I going to return a product that I have not received yet. On top of that they want to charge another 20 for a "return label and box" I ended up just going to my bank and filling a fraud charge and explained the whole situation and they thankfully have taken care of it.

I really regret buying my Beast…

I really regret buying my Beast blender. The product itself looks great but the real test of a brand is what happens when something goes wrong, and Beast have completely failed here.

My blender has been broken for almost three months and trying to claim under the warranty has been impossible. I have sent photos, videos and full explanations. Every time they tell me someone will get back to me and nobody ever does. I have had to chase and chase, I have even had to mention trading standards, and still I only ever receive empty reassurance with no actual resolution.

At this price point, and from a smaller boutique style brand, I expected excellent customer service. Instead it has been one of the worst support experiences I have ever had. I honestly do not think a more established brand would treat customers like this.

So yes, the machine looks nice on the kitchen counter. But if it breaks and you need to use the warranty, be prepared for a real struggle.

I purchased a Beast Blender .. I was notified by FedEx that it was delivered .. it was not.
FedEx told me I needed to notify the shipper, which I did and they replied that they were not responsible.

I ordered 1 blender from them online and they ended up charging me for 2. No way to cancel, no phone number, and do not respond to email. Not a legitimate company. Stay away.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy, after 2 months, works sporadically at best, if not at all. Total POS, we are repurchasing a Magic Bullet that did not fail us for 10 years. Don’t make this expensive mistake like we did, you will throw out a lot of unblended smoothies.

Be very careful with this company

Be very careful with this company. These blenders are incredibly expensive. I liked mine, it was convenient. But not long after buying it, it wouldn't work, AT ALL. Just would not come on. I used it very little. I've contacted the company numerous times now and you're trapped in a continuous loop of emails with them. I provided them the information, gave them photos, etc., They'll ask for the serial number in several emails. Then they'll ask you to send them a video of it malfunctioning, (I did that also.). Then they'll tell you to sign up for their "warranty" program. Yes, I'm signed up for it. It's YOUR product, it's a year old, we just wanted the base unit replaced, that's all. The yuppie couple who pushes this thing, getting it on every little internet list they can land it on, seem sketchy and not at all serious about their business or their product. I've filed a complaint with the FTC in hopes of getting them to back up their product as they advertise and promise. Stay clear of it.
