Faulty product, ignored refund requests, and no warranty support

I bought a Beast blender in July 2025. Within a few months, the blade assembly developed faults, and while they sent a replacement part, the same problem happened again. Replacement parts have been unavailable for months, and my repeated requests for a refund were ignored. The UK distributor has gone into liquidation, leaving customers with no recourse, and the US brand continues to sell the product while refusing to resolve this issue directly. I cannot trust this product or the company’s warranty, and I would strongly caution anyone from buying.

Poor quality. No customer service

Bought the blender December 2025. Lasted less than a month. There is no customer service in the uk. Any contact have delayed response from the states. Now they have send me a claim for stating the uk distributor is going into liquidation.
