It's our great pleasure Aj, I'm glad we made you smile.
Poor customer care and lack of help.
Despite paying £3.99 for delivery the parcel was left unattended at our front door supposably under unenclosed porch which we don’t have. When we got home later that evening, the parcel was not there and so we reported this immediately to Customer Happiness Manager. She then informed us that all we could do is to report to the police for a crime number. We felt it was very dismissive and put the responsibility on to us despite never receiving the item. Normally you will expect support from Customer Services which is what leads us to provide this negative feedback.
As it happens somebody return the item to our door a few days later, but presumably a well intended neighbour who saw the parcel left on a busy street.
27.03.2024 - UPDATE- I have been forced to amend my review as Customer Manager didn’t like that I shared my personal experience on Trustpilot. Customer Manager advised that if I don’t amend my review there will be legal actions taken by sharing that my goods were not delivered by the shipping company. Instead of seeking feedback from logistic company and verifying why high value item been left on the street, I’ve been chased by e-mails to ensure I amend my feedback on Trustpilot.
Also to add that replacement item was never offered to me as advised in the feedback below.

I've just been reviewing the correspondence you had with our team. They have offered to replace your item for you and they have responded to all of your emails with immaculate punctuality. The only reason they requested that this be reported stolen is because Royal Mail confirmed that the parcel was delivered to the correct address and this was a high value item.
