I ordered Kerastase shampoo and masque but only received one of the products. Needless to say, I was disappointed, e-mailed the company and decided not to use them again in the future. The customer service immediately got back in touch, sent next day delivery of the item they forgot and included three Kerastase presents from the same range.
Really impressed how they handled their mistake, will definitely use again.

Order arrived quickly, as expected

I ordered a Kerastase shampoo 250ml from the beauty booth. They enticed me with a sample for a shampoo (how could you refuse a sample?), but what did it for me was not the sample as many other companies offer samples of you spend over a certain amount. This company however offered me a sample just because I ordered something with them and ALSO it was the cheapest price that I could find throughout my whole 1 hr search. The product came in excellent condition, brand new and with a seal and everything, together with my beloved sample. The product is 100% original and I know for a fact they'll be my "go to" company when I'll be running out and need some more. The only thing I'd like them to add would be larger sizes as the largest size they had for the shampoo was 250ml and I was looking for 1 litre. Other than that, very prompt service, mail notifications regarding your delivery and product that came as expected.

Unable to review products purchased as despite having ordered a week ago, I still have not received them. Perhaps using Royal Mail as the delivery method is not the most efficient nowadays when courier services are so much quicker. This would make me consider whether to shop with this company again.
