I have been a long term recurrent customer of The beauty crop and can honestly say I’ve loved every product I’ve purchased.
Customers are looked after well (the points system and regards).
Ning and team really care and the videos and content show the knowledge and effort that goes into each of the products.

My skin is especially sensitive, medical grade skincare has inflamed it and other big brands, for the first time in years it’s settled! I use the peptide calm range and my rosacea and perioral dermatitis.
The only make up too that doesn’t flare it!

This is the second time I have bought from this company. Fantastic products! First time I ordered received within a week great products really happy. Second time I ordered was skincare I received products within a week but 1 was missing from the set after much back and forward with customer services instead of just sending me the missing product I was given a GBP12.00 voucher to repurchase the missing item, which I then had to pay GBP3.95 postage on so I was out of pocket for their error!!!! I have given 3* review simply because this is not on and customer services were really not up to scratch. If the review was just done on the products and not the whole experience it would of definitely be a 5* all the way.

Great quality beauty products at an affordable price. Excellent service all round 👍 👌

UPDATE:
I know Beauty Crop say it's not their responsibility, but if I buy from Beauty Crop's shop, where they do lives, promotions and literally are the face of the brand... they should be able to offer refunds for customers who have been loyal for years and keep buying their products. I will never buy from them again.

Lost products.
Appalling customer service. I ordered a few products before Christmas, and decided to return a few. They were unopened, I simply had ordered the same order twice so decided to send back.
They promise a refund within a few days.
I have now been waiting for 2 months, and not only the refund has not been done, their customer service is simply ignoring me.
Stay away from this brand, best shopping Kbeauty on actual Korean online stores.

My order unfortunately arrived damaged and some items missing, within hours my issue was resolved , the company generally cared about my poor experience and offered a resolution promptly so I will continue to shop with them as I love there products ! Thankyou Shiv

I love every product I’ve tested from this brand. Korean skincare and makeup at affordable prices. I always get them at a great deal too and I recommend to everyone. I had an issue with my order once as it was missing an item and it was fixed straight away.

Shiv was really helpful when I needed more information about a product. She was informative, polite and responsive within a short time frame. I really appreciate her support as it means I can now make a purchase with a good understanding of what I’m buying. Thank you Shiv!

I reached out about not seeing delivery for my package to the US. They sent the updated tracking right away and responded quickly!

Fantastic company!
I would absolutely recommend The Beauty Crop to anyone, love the products and the customer service is fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. I placed my order on the 20th and it had arrived by the 21st, even with the added mix up of my delivery address requiring amendment due to my phone auto filling the details incorrectly. Everything was so speedy, will definitely be ordering again!!

I have lost count of how many beauty crop products i have in my collection. From the makeup, to skincare I have EVERYTHING! This is by FAR one of my most favourite brands and have been buying for years and will continue to do so! I am always posting their products on my TikTok account KirstyJHxo as they deserve as much recognition as possible! I have around 20 setting mists currently as I never want to run out 🤣

I Placed my order and it was delivered the next day. Such a great company and great value for money products. They always have plenty of offers.

Very good vitamin Babe setting powder. E-mailed as I was unable to order Translucent 0.5 from Amazon. They replied quickly to say 0.5 is darker than Translucent 0 and that I could order it from their website. Which I did.

Products are great, fast delivery, highly recommend this brand, can’t wait for my next purchase
