Placed my order on the 28th March
Placed my order on the 28th March, and received it today 30th. I didn't receive a email as I made a typo on my email address. I messaged to explain about the email and got a reply within 20 mins. So helpful, fix my mistake their end and sent me the tracking number aswell. I will 10000% be ordering again for my daughters. Couldn't have asked for anything better from this company.

I have used The Beauty Crop products over the years. I purchased a new product via TikTok shop however when it didn’t arrive on time I contacted the brand directly who advised they do not handle the TikTok shop orders TikTok do themselves and explained all the steps I needed to do to contact TikTok. I cancelled the TikTok order and purchased directly through the website which I found out they have a point system on their website which is brilliant as now I will purchase everything through the website and build my points up.
The delivery was quick came within 24 hours and I’m obsessed with the products already.
Big shout out to Shiv who helped me with everything.

Amazing little company
I’m always wary of companies that go viral from influencers but I gave them a try and they are wonderful.
Their make up is great quality and long lasting. The skin care actually works and doesn’t cost the world. They always have sales and deals on and keep you up to date on new product launches. Their rewards program is generous. The products are cruelty free and vegan. Plus I have never waited longer than 2 days for my items to be delivered. Now my bathroom looks like a beauty crop depo. A great little company.

Quality, Service and Kindness
Over the last 2 years The Beauty Crop (TBC) skincare and make -up have become my Holy Grails and I've lost count of the perople I've put on to them too! Every so often Royal Mail or EVRI will mess up a delivery and Shiv is always my go-to customer service advisor at TBC because no problem is too big and it's always resolved with speed and sweetness.
