Always a Really positive experience shopping with The Beautycrop and their products are amazing! I am a super sensitive skin girlie and find I can use their products with zero issues.

I placed an order via their website and there was a pricing error on an item due to a temporary website issue. However , I was informed of this straight away by customer service and kept updated. They also sent a goodwill gesture discount in the email due to the error. They really didn’t have to do that but it was really appreciated, thank you!

I love the beauty crop and do find customer service is always going beyond. If you have any issues or queries they always respond quickly and also able to recommend products or advise further.

Awful company to deal with. I brought a few things from Beauty Caron and I got the wrong shade of blush I had ordered. I emailed customer service to advise them of this and I thought it would be really easy to just send it back as it was there mistake. Just had an email back from the customer service team, who want the original packaging, picture of all the items sent, a clear description of what was sent. Surely you would think they would have a record of what they sent me. It’s a shame as I have never had a problem before, but after this won’t be shopping with them again!!

I got all of the makeup in the sales, they were really good prices.The Beauty Crop is value for money, make up excellent quality, lip balms stay on without being too greasy.My friends have commented on them and I recommended The Beauty Crop to them.It all came on time,I was kept updated by them from beginning til the end, and arrived in perfect condition.Will keep using this company.Best company Ive ever used!

I was introduced to the beauty crop by my daughter who bought me the peptide collection for Christmas.
I absolutely love them and have also bought many more since. The products really work and made a difference to my skin. I would highly recommend the company to anyone. Ordering is very easy and my products came within 5 days nicely wrapped and secure.

Great shopping at this company, not only are the prices right and great quality but they actually care about what they do and create. I've tried a few different things now and never had any issues with using them on my sensitive skin, it's only calming and smoothing away dry skin. I even got my partner using their items after he enjoyed their balm face wash haha! In emails they've only been helpful and kind ❤️ overall, a positive experience 😁💐

I had a problem with my crop points, i reached out and contacted the customer service team. It’s a Saturday so I wasn’t expecting a reply untill probably Tuesday. To my surprise the amazing Arooj responded to me within a couple of hours!

They looked into my issue straight away and sorted it for me within no issues. They responded to me to let me know that they had sorted the issue and were so apoligetic.

They were kind, understanding, informative and just all round incredible!

Customer service to this level is what makes a business. It has now made me want to be a loyal returning customer.
