Scam company, ordered Nike trainers that were fake and the company has denied this/refused refund.

Bought using Clearpay and they are not regulated so they take no responsibility either.

I ordered a concealer on 6/2/22 which is yet to arrive. Please don’t be fooled by the website or competitive pricing as this company is fraudulent. I have since reported The Beauty Iconic to Action Fraud as I have tried to raise with the company that I have not received the item, but have had no response. The money however has been taken from my account.

Ordered makeup for my partner, but received a faulty product. Emailed them for a replacement and was told one would be sent via post, but nothing sent so far.
The last correspondence from them was on 15/02/2022 stating that the replacement product was stuck somewhere and that a refund would be given within 7 working days.
It has been over 2 months since and no response to any of my follow up emails.
Terrible service, would never order from them again and would urge others to avoid them too.

Took ages to arrive and then when received it was the wrong product - it was the mini version of the concealer not the full sized as advertised

I ordered an item way before Christmas and it’s still not shown up. I’ve tried emailing several times and I’ve had no response. Also tried using the live chat! stay away from this scam

Worst customer service. I placed an order in December and its now mid February and nothing! Customer service team are not interested and have stopped replying to my emails. Don't waste your money!

This is a SCAM!!!! I placed an order on 21/01/2022. I haven't received any tracking number or order number. My bank account has been charged. Nobody answer over the phone or by email. Please AVOID these scammers!

i have bought eye shadows which was authentic but they deliver my parcel more than 7 days , customer support is very attractive

Ordered an eyeshadow palette weeks ago and hasn’t turned up. Reading the other reviews if it ever does arrive I’m not expecting it to be genuine.

Update - finally arrived, the packaging was flat printed onto the case instead of mirrored like the genuine article, covered in spelling errors and with the catchy trademark ‘beauty with an edgo’! So having been assured by customer service that it’s a genuine product, the evidence is pretty contradictory. It was only £6 cheaper than I bought it from John Lewis so buyers beware. Shame I can’t add some photos for comparison.

Do not buy from this website. Absolutely would not recommend purchasing from this company, they sell counterfeit products which is illegal. Since raising a complaint and requesting a refund they have given me the run around for over a month- promising a refund but yet to deliver. In the mean time they have sent me screenshots of so called ‘satisfied customers’, they have tried to guilt trip me by telling me if I get my refund that the person would loose their job, they have asked me to return the product yet have not provided a returns label or address to send it back too. Absolute waste of money and time.

Ordered a Hudabeauty pallet. It’s a fake! It arrived smashed and obviously a copy/fake. It was sent from China and arrived a lot later than they said it would. Have sent several emails , phoned everyday, gone on the chat room - no response at all. Customer contact number is a mobile without a professional answer phone message. Can only agree with others - it’s a scam. P

This is a scam. I have ordered on the 31st December and have never received my order. If you contact them, they don't respond or lie that your parcel was delivered and they have nothing else do to with it. Please don't waste your time with this people, they just want to scam you and get your money!!!

What a terrible company. I ordered my goods on the 23rd of December but I have never received them. I got a confirmation of my order whth a tracking number for Hermes but when I tried the number it said that my parcel had already been delivered but the tracking number was for another address. I have had no reply to my emails or online chats and no offer of a refund which has left me no choice but to report them to Traning Standards. Buyer beware and avoid this company at all costs. Scammers.

This is a scam they send China counterfeit goods and your bank can’t trace do you don’t get a refund. The number is a mobile and doesn’t get answered same with email, I gave reported to the police and trading standards

I ordered a “Naked” eye shadow pallet from this company without checking reviews.. what a mistake. The item has arrived completely faulty - the eye shadow is completely smashed and unusable. I have emailed the company but no reply and when calling the number it just takes you through to a voice message… (not a professional customer service number). Really hope to be able to contact them soon so I can receive a refund for my faulty item.

I bought from here in December and then realised after seeing the bad reviews and many fake positive reviews that I'd been scammed. The positive reviews are obviously fake because they're nearly all from people in Pakistan and people there wouldn't buy cosmetics from the UK. The negative are not from competitors - They've written the more recent review mentioning that. The poor grammar is a giveaway!
Anyway at first they wouldn't refund my order but I kept pressuring them and threatening them, then I wrote on here about reporting them to trading standards, Shopify and that my credit card company would get me the refund anyway. They then refunded me but asked me to remove the review and said they had actually sent my order. It'll definitely be fake but after a month it hasn't arrived anyway.
If you've bought from here and you haven't been refunded, you can report them to Shopify and trading standards. Also trading standards suggest reporting to actionfraud.police.uk
If you've used a credit card the card company should investigate too. We need to get this shop shut down!

They have now sent me an email asking me to take down my negative review and still haven't addressed my valid complaints and request for refund. It seems they have sent similar requests to other customers and are now also writing fake reviews (it's easy to figure out, as these reviews are written in the same style and with same grammatical mistakes as their emails) to make it seem that the bad reviews are from competitors. My review is absolutely based on facts and 100% truthful.

I am satisfied the quality of product and also price . Bought Tarte concealer from here it's good but little late of delivery ......

I have had an email asking me to take down my review, which I refused to do. I can see they have recently posted a review saying these eyeshadow palettes are genuine, trust me, they are not. Mine went straight in the bin. Who knows what ingredients is in there. They are making out that competitors are giving these bad reviews, I bought my palette thinking I was making a great saving and instead my £28 has been put in the bin, so trust me, I'm no competitor, just a very annoyed customer! Ps...don't ask me to remove my review, its an honest one, and with no offer of refund either. Just a request from a badly worded, uncoherent email!!!
