Ever since writing my review about having received counterfeit make up, this company have bombarded me with messages and calls both through Whatsapp and email telling me to remove my review.

From the looks of things they are now also writing fake reviews under ‘Jain Clair’ judging from the identical spelling and grammar mistakes I’ve been seeing in their messages to me.

This company have broken so many rules and regulations it is hard to keep track. They should be shut down.

ordered a Christmas present for my mom on the 13th December only for it never to arrive and all I get is it been delayed absolute joke DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Aweful products, defo fake. Smashed to pieces, not packaged well at all. No one answering phones all weekend.

Bought a Huda pallette for my wife, realised too late that these were dodgy as hell, tried to cancel the order but they were having none of it. Had to go down the route of getting a cashback from the back as the item is a really bad fake - not even convincing in the slightest. AVOID - they are scammers.

Now finally i received my james charles palette from thebeautyiconic the quality of product is good but the delivery is a little late and the communication with the support team was good. Thank you 😊💖

I didn’t want to give this joke of a company any rating at all but it wouldn’t let me proceed to comment until I had. This company, if you can call it that, sells products cheaper than anywhere else, clearly a reason for that!! I recently purchased some concealer for my daughter at a cost of £18, which I thought was a bargain against the £23 it usually retails for. The company didn’t waste time taking my money but that’s it. No product received, no email confirmation just the screen shot I took to show the order had been confirmed and of course my bank account that clearly shows the money has been taken! I’ve tried contacting them with no success. £18 isn’t much money but if I wanted to donate, then I would donate to a worthwhile charity!! Looks like I’ve lost my money on this occasion but hopefully I can help others not fall for the same scam. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM, TTHEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOU ANY GOODS ON RETURN. The world is a nasty place as it is at the moment without scammers like this ripping hardworking people off. You should be ashamed but probably have no morals!!
