Excellent website made it simple to select options based on choice of bed. After purchasing a reinforced divan and headboard I emailed the company with a request. I’d been let down by an online company a few weeks back and had been without a bed during that time so wanted to see if anything could be done about delivery times. One of the owners phoned me up to help me out with an earlier delivery. Delivery was then on time and the bed and headboard look great and feels very sturdy. Was a good price too with a human touch on customer interaction; would definitely recommend.

Exceptional service start to finish. I found out about the bed crafters just browsing beds on eBay and so glad it did. The team are so helpful, cannot do enough for you! I was even messaging them at 9/10pm one night and they were straight back with helpful responses. Communication is exceptional and they really do go above and beyond. I ordered one bed, then changed my mind and the team phoned me the next day and arranged the change with no problems whatsoever! The delivery was prompt and even offered to assemble the bed. The bed itself is INCREDIBLE such amazing quality and the mattress is like sleep on a cloud! It’s beautiful! Thank you so much! Would recommend to anyone, a very trustworthy company.

The delivery was a dream, the driver called when he was an hour away which was very convenient. The superking ottoman box looks amazing!

Good customer service. The team in Dewsbury contacted me on a couple of occasions to confirm what I had ordered and double and triple checking on some things to ensure there would be no surprises upon delivery. It was handy to be able to customise the bed divans with regards to material, style, colour, storage, etc. This type of customisation is not offered by many bed suppliers and resellers in the UK. Order turnaround was far quicker than expected with the divans delivered within approximately a week of placing the order. They deliver their own products so there is no third party involved and this results in more seamless communication between the business, delivery driver(s) and customers. Overall was a fairly slick experience and offering a level of customer service we are not used to getting in the UK. More importantly, I am more than happy that this is a local UK business. You may not get the premium quality of beds you'll find in premium hotel chains, but you will get solid products and good customer service at very reasonable prices (prices you may find hard to compete with).
