Please don’t use these people. Should have read the name BED HEIST. A steal!
Slept on the mattress 2 nights and already dipped on both sides. Dont get a. Nights sleep because if one or the other moves the whole mattress moves waking up the other person. Guarantee there is none because you can’t get hold of them. No telephone no
no address on invoice. No contact.

As you know, I’ve made remarks about the bed Heist before. Now a up date you will not see this company on Facebook again but they have opened up in a different name. They call themselves H&N FUTURE BEDS. They are scammers. So whatever you do do not pay a deposit to this company I have even spoken to them on the phone I made out I wanted to order a mattress off them. They sent me everything the same pictures as before and then I asked if I could order a mattress.. when they realise who i was they blocked me so please please ignore this company. They are a bunch of scammers.

Great communication, on time delivery, mattress is as good as claimed to be at a reasonable cost, very pleased with it, my daughter loves it.

Quick delivery, good price, comfy mattress and polite staff. Absolutely no complaints

Perfect from start to finish👌🏽, will soon be ordering again a couple more beds for the other bedrooms☺️

Ordered a Heritage 5500 pro definitely not the mattress I received, contacted their so called customer service which does not exist on numerous occasions with photos and videos, said complaint was passed on, WHO TO THE INVISIBLE MAN!!!! Still not made any contact,mattress has been used for app. 2 weeks I’m lucky if I weigh 8 1/2 stone and the mattress has started to dip, it was not the dimensions as advertised either, avoid this company, I will be taking this further. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THE MATTRESSES ARE CHEAP RUBBISH AND POOR QUALITY

Very good, I bought 5500 pillow top mattress and bed, it was very good service and great quality. Customer service was great. Overall very good, I would recommend.

I ordered the heridge 5500 pocket sprung gel mattress I’ve had this mattress approx one month and there is only me use this mattress and the mattress has started to dip and is not comfy at all I have sent numerous email one answer was can you send video of this which I did and the response was rotate mattress it will be ok I told them not happy and they have blocked me on WhatsApp and on Facebook DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY wish I had read reviews myself there telephone number is not connected 24/7 customer service doesn’t work and best one is 100 percent money back guarantee no way is that happing either everything is a scam which is probable why they lost the limited status last year this is a horrible thing to do to people pls avoid no matter what they say as once you hand the cash over that’s it

I bought a mattress from these …. With a 3 year warranty, just over 2 years ago , the springs are now collapsing out of the side .
They said
“ it’s out of warranty ‘ 2 years old ?
It’s been over used , I’m 67 years old , not a porn star !!
I Even paid extra money for extra support at their suggestion,
Complete waste of my hard earned money.

Really helpful staff really welcoming and helpful i paid a deposit of £65 on my bed and they got it too me when I expected it also let me choose which bed I liked also for extra £30 offered me a extra comfortable mattress the bed came very easy to put together and quality is amazing very nice bed worth the money very good people to buy from also paid rest on delivery which were really good too

Absolutely amazing service, the mattress is so comfortable and is exactly how described, the mattress is that nice that I have ordered 2 and other family members have ordered as well and I will definitely be ordering again very soon.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. As soon as I paid the deposit, they went ahead and changed the agreed delivery date 2 times then after told me the delivery was going to be delayed for another week. I decided to cancel the order and have been chasing them for the past 3 weeks to refund my deposit. They claimed the refund has been processed by the “account department” and still nothing.

I ordered a bed on 1st of August. Via messenger chat.
I paid the deposit.
Next day , 2nd of August I wanted to cancel the order. They said No!
I had mentioned that I am on A/ L till 14th of August- outside UK.
They started calling and messaging me at their convenience, destroying my time and relaxation.
They determinedly refuse to accept bank transfer as payment, after bed being delivered.
They keep saying " cash on delivery " to the delivery driver which is a 3rd party .
Or they want me to pay days in advance, without seeing or checking the quality of bed.
I told them.hundreds of times that I do not trust them.anymore , and I will never pay for a product without fiscal record of my payment.
Feel hunted , harrased, without proper invoicing.
Their business name where I paid deposit into , is different from what invoice says ( I insistently requested invoice , otherwise they would not have given)
Terrible hunt for £ 500 cash .
How do they imagine I pay days in advance for a product I don't see........
How do they imagine I pay £ 500 without fiscal proof of my payment......
How do they dare to ignore my decision and full mental capacity of order cancellation .......
How do they dare to call on WhatsApp and message me knowing I am on.A/ L ......
I reported them to Police , Ombudsman, Consumers rights.
Terrible, despicable experience!!!!!!!!!!
Never Ever Never The Bed Heist again.
