From the moment I stepped into the shop, Nick couldn't have been more helpful. I tried so many beds until he found the right one for me. I was in the shop for well over two hours making my choice. The bed has now been delivered by Nick's team, and is so comfortable, thanks to Nick's help. I also ended up buying a mattress protector and two new pillows, there is so much to offer at 'The Bed Specialist'. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick and his team to anyone if you want to ensure you 'get it right'. Also I could park right outside the shop and just felt it was all such a personal service. The mattress we believed we ordered was labelled on the website as medium. When said mattress arrived there is no label on the mattress Indicating any reference to its rating let alone medium. we have contacted Bed specialists to ask if there is possibly a mistake, because its like sleeping on the floor. They responded with it takes 2 weeks to settle. I have purchased a memory foam topper to save my sanity but alas no comfort is to be found on this mattress. And we have to bin it. I feel the bed specialists are selling products that possibly are not what they seem on the website. There is zero return policy with this company.

It is wonderful to walk into a family owned business which has a real place in the local community and displays a real pride in their history.
