Fantastic service every time. I bought another bed from this company and again all was perfect. Delivery was on time, communication was great. The bed is super comfy and very good value for money. I already recommended this company to my friends and they bought too and are happy with their purchase.

Great service. Ashe called to give me a delivery time slot. The delivery driver rang half an hour before delivery and then Ashe rang again post delivery to check everything was all good. Very happy with my bed.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered beds now, I have had 2 bed bundles and a single divan. Excellent customer service, fast delivery and the quality of the beds and mattresses is excellent also. I won't buy anywhere else

Easy to order. Very helpful and answered queries quickly. Kept up to date on delivery which was less than a week from ordering. Bed looks good and very comfortable. Definitely recommend and would use again

From asking questions via online to actually sleeping on our new beds the whole process was an absolute dream
Ordered online direct from company, we were kept in the process all the way rung to confirm delivery date and when they were 30mins from our home
Beds were put in place we had a Harewood with large headboard and footboard in the ottoman bottom opening design with orthopaedic mattress with memory foam topper we also had a Ripon as above but with a 2000 pocket sprung mattress
Slept great and the amount of of storage is amazing

Overall I’m really happy with the bed, it’s as pictured and was easy enough to put together. The only issue I had was I found that I had to message and ask about delivery and it wasn’t as stated on the website. I sent a message to find out about delivery and was told that I would be notified the day before the delivery but I wasn’t. I got a phone call from the delivery driver when he was an hour away luckily I had finished work. I received an email 2 days after delivery saying my order was complete and they would let me know when it was shipped. Nothing majorly negative just a few glitches in communication and time scales. I would order from here again as the bed itself is good quality and the people I spoke to were polite.

Anyway, I would like to thank you personally for the help you gave me throughout the delivery, you were excellent and I think you went the extra mile . The customer service from this company is second to none. Ash one of the managers was so helpful. I asked for delivery on a certain week and he was more than happy to oblige. I called on the week of delivery to check it was still scheduled and again Ash was able to give me one of 2 days and said I would be given a call the day before with a 4 hour time scale and the driver would call on the day when he was 30 minutes away. Ash called the day before and also checked we were OK putting the bed together. I said we were but he said to save his number and if we had any problems we could video call him. Driver called on day of delivery to let us know he was 30 minutes away. He was very polite when he arrived. I called Ash to thank them for their excellant customer service.
