We went away last week and stayed in an accommodation that had a super king-size bed. We decided that we needed one to improve our lives. We researched and checked reviews and decided that The Bed Village would be a good choice. We placed the order on Monday, 5th May 2025, and the bed arrived today, four days ahead of schedule!! The delivery lads carted the large mattress upstairs for us. Very kind. Thank you. The bed was fairly easy to set up, but we checked with Ash, who could not have been more helpful. Bed set up, now looking forward to a great night's sleep. This company has amazing reviews, and I can see why. I can totally recommend The Bed Village as a company, and their staff are so helpful.

From the ordering to the receipt this company makes you feel like part of their family. They are so welcoming along with being professional and efficient. We bought 2 ottoman divan beds with mattresses. I have to say the quality for the price is fantastic and the beds look much more expensive. We’re so pleased with our experience with The Bed Village - we will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed.

The bed was easy to assemble and is really good and comfortable

I'll start by being brutally honest; when my kids fell in love with these beds I thought it was all too good to be true. The price point was fantastic, the process of ordering was seamless, and the immediately fantastic customer service was second to none. I kept my reservations, but today our beds and mattresses arrived and proved me wrong! As soon as you order you get a call from the company (Ash was great!) to confirm your delivery. We're down south so totally understood that delivery would likely be longer, but we were given a date 10 days away which was amazing. We were told we'd receive a call the day before to confirm our delivery day, and then on the day we'd get a call 30 mins before arrival. Both happened like clockwork. The delivery driver was so helpful and friendly and we'd paid extra to have him build both beds, which he did seamlessly. The beds and mattresses are gorgeous and look just as described. I really would 100% recommend them; the 5* reviews are here for a reason!

Excellent company. Ordered divan with headboard, Ash called the following day to advise that bed was in process of being made and would receive email from delivery company to deliver the following week (which they have!). Bed and headboard was a fantastic price (especially in comparison to what you would pay from other companies!). It is absolutely beautiful and i'm delighted with my purchase! I would highly recommend to purchase this company!

Fantastic customer service from sale’s right through to delivery. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The website has an extensive range to choose from, styles, colours and fabrics. The bed we order look identical to the images online line and the quality was value for money. The store kept in contact throughout and updated me several times on delivery day. Very Happy with my purchase I highly recommend the company and would use again in the future. Thank you!

Great bed and great customer service as always. Highly recommend!

Firstly the communication was excellent, before, during and after delivery. Secondly, the bed itself is smart and built well - we were also so pleased with the mattress (2000 pocket sprung) as it was even better than the description reads… it is two-sided so you can choose which you like best (orthopaedic one side or with a layer of memory foam the other side). Finally they wanted to check we were ok putting the bed together and very happy for us to video call etc (we didn’t need to as it was straightforward). We will use them again and can highly recommend.
