I spent a good long while looking for beds before deciding to go with The Bed Village Yorkshire. Quick turn around on the bed and I’m very impressed with the quality. The customer service is on point, cannot fault it at all. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered an Edinburgh Ottoman Divan in plush fabric and it turned out amazing just like in the photos. Solid base and the ottoman gas lifts require little effort to lift our existing mattress. The 54 inch headboard upgrade makes the bed look stunning well worth the extra £40. I ordered the bed on Thursday and received a call on Friday to advise that the bed would be delivered Saturday. Not sure if this is the norm expected, however the chap on the phone mentioned that they had a few deliveries around the midlands so it will be loaded onto the van. All in all extremely happy, the bed looks luxurious and for someone coming from sprung slatted base beds this divan feels amazing. In all honesty if you shop around a divan ottoman with this quality will probably cost you nearer to 4 digits.

I highly recommend this company. From start to finish a very smooth process. I was kept up to date with the order status and true to their word given a call the day before delivery with a time slot.
The guys who delivered were very friendly and polite and did a really good job assembling the bed (worth paying the little extra)
I’ll be buying again in the future for sure.

The service from our initial enquiries to delivery day was outstanding throughout. The delivery staff were so polite and courteous and the bed we purchased looks even better than the pictures online. What a fantastic company. I had a prob bringing the bed up for the delivery men made sure they found a solution for it! I am forever grateful! Amazing service people! They go above and beyond.

They were very friendly and helpful
I was telephoned several times to inform me of the delivery process and also the day before and half an hour before arrival
We decided not to use the installation facility and put the bed up our self
There were no assembly instructions so had to use a lot of on line videos
Saying that the bed fitted together very well and easily
The bed it’s self is very sturdy and well made

What a fabulous service ordered bed late Friday now Sunday by 3pm, they had delivered and assembled in my bedroom very careful taking upstairs and took my old bed away, I live Southport they kept me informed by telephone called me 45 minutes before arriving and the bed was very good price and good quality.
