Really happy with the service, communication was great, the beds were great. There was some damage to the wooden fixing on the headboard, we notified them and a replacement arrived the following day. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely use them again.

I recently purchased an Edinburgh Otterman King size bed and a 2000 mattress from the Bed Village Yorkshire. Ash was my contact at the company and kept me updated on the progress with the purchase and delivery of my order all of which ran very smoothly. I opted on delivery to put the bed together myself and found that it was fairly straightforward though a relative did assist with the build. All in all a very easy process from order to delivery. I am totally satisfied with the price and quality of the bed I purchased and would recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for a new bed.

Fast efficient and really friendly service. Communicated well from ordering to delivery. Delivery drivers who assembled the beds were really lovely and friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend this company. The beds are quality hand made and the mattress is so comfortable. I feel like I’m sleeping in a luxury hotel bed. Absolutely love it!!! Thank you so much
