Great communication with updates for the delivery, timescales and how things have gone. Order for king size divan bed with 4 draws, looks good and draws work well.

Really happy with the quality of the bed. Great communication with Ash from ordering right through to delivery. Followed by after delivery contact to make sure everything was ok.

What a great company…so refreshing to receive such amazing service.

I placed the order late at night and received a call the next day to give me an order process and timeline. I was told that deliveries to London were fortnightly and so it would be 2.5 weeks until delivery. Although this was perfectly understandable I was quite desperate after being let down by two other companies and mentioned that I’d be really grateful if there was anyway it could be earlier. I was told there was a very slim chance they could make it happen….and they DID !!
Not only did I receive a call on the Thursday confirming they would have it ready for the delivery on Saturday, but on Friday they called with my delivery slot. Saturday morning I got my delivery when I was told it would arrive and the driver even had a smile on his face. Quite amazing really as he’d left at 3am and was on my doorstep at 7am.
It’s so refreshing for a company to do what they say…plus some. A delight to deal with start to finish.
Thank you so much for renewing my faith in customer service in the UK, something that sadly seems rare these days. And a wonderful product too, the bed is absolutely stunning 🤩

Ordered our kingsize Bingley bed with 4 drawers and foot standing headboard on a Monday
Delivered the following Tuesday, earlier than stated. Communication was good throughout. Call day before delivery and also half an hour before. Delivery guys very polite. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you Ash and the team.

It has been a wonderful experience dealing with Ash at Thebedvillageyorkshire.co.uk. Once I ordered the bed, I received a call from Ash to confirm delivery time with me and again once the bed was collected for delivery. The bed delivered 2 days later as I am based in Northern Ireland. I paid for assembly and they were wonderful, very friendly and professional. My bed is beautifully made and very sturdy. I would highly recommend!

I couldn’t recommend the bed village enough! From start to finish it was a great experience. Ash was very helpful no matter the time of day. Even on a Saturday he was happy to help with a video call talking through how to put the bed up. Nothing was ever to much for the team working at The Bed Village, my message were replied almost instantly and they even held onto my bed until my room was ready for it. I will highly recommend the bed village to family and friends. I wouldn’t look at buying a bed from anywhere else other than here.
