Easy to order and great that they stock the beer I was after. Slight delay on delivery due to excessive demand but they communicated well and let me know when the beer was dispatched. Arrived safely, well packaged and undamaged. Will definitely use again.

Delivery took almost 2 weeks.
I understand it's a busy time of year, but they should state that as appropriate in the delivery info pn the website.

Obviously snowed under this time of the year, but responded well to a prompt and kept me updated until my order was delivered. Thanks

Easy to order on their website, delivery took longer than expected but their Customer Service agent did a great job explaining thr reasons why and reassured me that I would receive my order asap.

It took over 1 week to receive the order. Late despatch was not communicated at all by Beer Town and was only advised about when responding to a chasing email sent by myself. Delay was blamed on high demand but it's Christmas time for goodness sake, demand is expected to be high so get additional staff in well in advance to cope with the extra orders. 1 case was also damaged by the carrier (APC) but no sense of urgency was received from customer service on when the replacement would be despatched.

Delivery over 2 weeks shocking

Ordered the beer ok, problem was with delivery. Got a text from APC delivery saying my order would be delivered on 3/12/25. Consignment number 5827. Moved appointments around so that I was able to work from home all day. Heard nothing and nothing delivered. Then got another text next day saying it would be delivered on 05/12/25. Got my wife to move appointments so she could be in home to take in. Box was delivered dented and damp but was put down on wet doorstep. Opened outer box to see beer box was bubble wrapped. Given as birthday present following week and when fully opened inner box, one beer bottle was smashed which was reason for damp box glass needed clearing and remaining bottles needed washing. It’s a problem with ordering drink products if delivery company used are not instructed to be very careful, especially when beer is expensive. Have got pictures I can attach if needed.
