The Beige Epidemic - Miss Lolo…

I ordered in May 25 and based on the order expected to receive the product in 2 weeks. Nothing after taking the payment. After so many emails and follow ups I received an email saying it would be dispatched next week that was two weeks ago. Still nothing no response. Beautiful items if you receive them - Shocking customer service.

Do not make that purchase!

Ordered from Miss Lolo who is the same owner as the Beige Epidemic …. very disappointed with my experience purchasing from this business. Ordered in June 2024 - advice on website said 2-3 weeks delivery. I had to follow up multiple times to get an update on the status of the order - emails acknowledge but never told what was really going on.. only today have gotten advice delivery is coming (over 11 weeks since I ordered). It is way too late for what i needed - painters have had to progress without it.. can’t paint match and wallpaper is not going to be used now… requested a refund and was declined. I never would have ordered the wall paper had I realised it was going to take this long. This business has no customer service. I can’t comment on the quality of the product as I haven’t got it yet. I would not recommend ordering from this business if you are reliant on the timeframes that they are promoting on their website. I would not recommend ordering based on my experience. There are other providers out there that may be better - try them.

Rebranded to #thebeigeepidemic in Sept 2024 - and based on the other more recent reviews - there has been no change to the poor customer service

Can't trust Tamzyn - very poor customer treatment

I had the almost exact same experience as Laura!
It’s bizarre - the socials are pushing for sympathy and support to drive purchases, and in good faith, I got sucked in & genuinely wanted to support.

Six weeks later, no product was dispatched, but my payment was taken. I followed up five times and was eventually refunded - but I wanted the product, especially as I’d already purchased a frame for it. So now I have a giant frame no print.

Now I’m blocked my messages deleted and my messages go unanswered.

This business feels like a scam I can see why Miss Lolo didn't make it.

Buyer Beware - Terrible Customer Service, Endless Chasing Required

I ordered wallpaper early Dec 2024 after seeing ads on Instagram. Just before Christmas I was told it would be printed the week starting 13 Jan 2025. Between 11 Feb 2025 - 24 Mar 2025 I had to send over 20 emails following up and chasing my order, repeatedly being told my order was coming but it wasn't. I also tried commenting on their Facebook but was blocked. I finally received my order 25 March 2025 but it was missing install instructions and squeegee - so I'm still chasing.

The whole time I never got an explanation of why there was so much delay. Without any information you start to fill in the blanks and assume the worst.

The company was previously known as Miss Lolo and apparently their social media was 'hacked' so they rebranded as The Beige Epidemic. There is no Google review option available and the 'Google Reviews' on the website go to a dead-end.

Although I did finally get the product I ordered, the customer service is TERRIBLE. It took over 16 weeks and so many emails from me chasing to get the product I ordered. If I hadn't chased them so persistently I expect I would still be waiting on the product. I would not recommend buying from them at all - it is not worth your time and the stress of feeling like you are being scammed.
