SCAM ALERT - BEWARE
As other reviewers have described, I, too, used the free trial for one MP3-to-text transcription and paid 150 JPY. Aside from the fact that I never received the PDF, 2 minutes later I was, to my great surprise, billed 8.999 Yen (around 50 EUR) for a 7-Day-Basic Access subscription, which I never requested and for which I was not given any information beforehand. After I wrote to them immediately, they cancelled the subscription but told me that the 8.999 JPY is non-refundable. To me, that is a clear case of fraudulent activity, and I am going to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company.
