I should have read the reviews before ordering from them. Same issue item ordered card charged shipping label created and radio silence. They will not respond to the 10 emails I sent. This site should be investigated for fraud and removed from the internet.

Update: shortly after my review my item showed up. Not as described and came in Asian size so a large is more like a small/medium.

I ordered a pair of alpine pants from them a month ago. I have emailed them four times with no response and I have no tracking number.

I purchased an item on August 20. Ten days later, I got an email that item has shipped, complete with tracking number. 4 weeks later, I'm still waiting. They did create a shipping label with USPS, but with nothing to ship. Site has no veritable contact information. Will give them one more week, which is actually nuts, considering that Amazon offers and does have next-day delivery orders. After that, I will never even visit the website again, let alone buy anything.

I ordered an item and recieved a tracking # by text saying it was on the way. That's the last i heard from them. Its been 4 week. Forget trying to get in touch with them. My cost to learn TBBF is a scam was $39.87 STAY AWAY.

I ordered a pair of jeans from the site, I recieved a tracking number a week later but have never recieved my order. I reached out multiple times to their "customer service" and I either don't get a response or i get an automated email. Its been over 2 months since i purchased the stupid jeans...

I purchased the multi function circular saw and all I received was some blades,I have emailed several times even to the urgent email address and no response. I would not buy anything from these they are rude and unreliable and not selling the complete product they state and show in the advert.

I bought the 6 piece/half dozen forever galaxy Roses for Mothers day. This was less than 2 weeks before mothers day thinking it will arrive a little late but not muchmm it is now August 1st. I emailed the customer service several times. Always got a generic automated response. Now I know Covid 19 CAN cause some delay but several MONTHS? I have received 4 top batter and 2 alliexpress items which also come from across the pond. June 10th I did get an email saying order confirmation it is on the way. I just want a full refund. I will never come back to this site nor recommend them to anyone. If it was like $12 I woulsnt evwn care n chalk it up as a loss but $60+ is a lot to just walk away from.
