Great Service

Was easy to shop around the warehouse staff were great to deal with and delivery was on time and the delivery men Cody & Ryan set up sofa quickly with no mess.

Don’t waste your time or money

Reserved a set only to turn up on the day of collection and the shop is closed. Try to contact the owner to be told it’s reserved to someone else. Don’t waste your time. Clearly don’t care about customer service or wasted journeys!

Don't waste your money, any faults the company dont get back to you

Everything went great when we ordered, delivery was gab, we notice couple weeks after that the under each of one of the recliners was all burst and the lights and uab stopped working on the other sofa. Emailed and asked to pro ide pictures of the paperwork we got when we got the sofa so we sent the required info about thay was 2 months ago and not a person has gotten back to us. Absolutely disgusting. Happy enough to yake our cash and after sales and customer services is diabolical

Great store and staff

Was easy to shop around the warehouse, staff were great to deal with and delivery was on time and the delivery men set up sofa quickly with no mess or disruption.

New sofa

On arrival at big sofa warehouse i was given a cup of coffee by a young man. Nice touch I was under no pressure to purchase anything which made the experience much calmer. When I chose the sofa I was then asked if I was entirely happy with sofa before purchase. Delivery time was within 3 Days but actually got it delivered on day 2. Delivery team were so nice and helpful . I'm so happy with sofa and massive thanks to The big sofa warehouse for all their help

From start to finish when I went into…

From start to finish when I went into the store I didn’t receive any sort of pressure to buy any sort of sofa when I went up to the reception desk the man who served me made sure I was definitely happy before i purchased it when asked I wanted it to be delivered I said as soon as possible they booked me in within 3 days and when the day came the delivery team gave me a phone call an hour before delivery when they brung it in they made sure I was happy with everything they set it all up for me absolute brilliant service definitely recommend

My experience with the big sofa…

My experience with the big sofa warehouse was made stress free and a quick and professional process, I went into the showroom and I was greeted by polite and respectful staff members who had helped with all of my enquiries happily, I had purchased a sofa which was made to fit with the measurements I had given and I even chose my own fabric. The sofa has arrived and I am delighted, the quality of the sofa is perfect. The delivery team came in and set up my sofa and put it where I wanted it made sure I was happy before they left. I cannot ask for a better service than this! Thanks guys!

Stay Well Clear of This Dodgy, Dishonest Company!!

Bought a second-hand sofa for £295 and paid £60 for delivery. When the sofa arrived the delivery boys scraped the sofa along my laminate flooring. On first look, the sofa looked clean. However, upon further inspection, the sofa absolutely stank of smoke. As non-smokers we smelt it quickly. We tried washing all the covers, spraying it with fabric freshener and cleaning it. It still stinks. Before we ordered the sofa we asked if there was anything in particular that was wrong with it. We were told no. No mention of the smell. His website and Facebook page clearly states there is no refunds or warranty for second-hand sofas. I suspect we are going to have to take a huge loss on the sofa. Given that it will be people with little money buying these second-hand cheap sofas it makes it morally wrong to be dishonest and sell a product knowing that there is infect, something wrong with it. Stay well clear of this company! Just take time to read the small print on his website and you will see what type of a trader this person is. Taking advantage of the poorest people in society! Shame on you!

Great service

I got an ex display sofa from here. It was a leather corner recliner. Process was really quick and easy. They delivered on time and set it up. I had no issues whatsoever. Sofa is easy to clean and by far the comfiest sofa I have had.

This company are disgusting

This company are disgusting. They sold my sister a couch without mentioning the fact it was from a smoke persons home. Not cleaned or anything. Delivered it when they unwrapped it the smoke smell became noticed and they tried to get them to take it back but they refused to take it back when she has 3 young children and one only a couple months old. Refused to take the couch back and not even refunding the money either. When you are a company that should always put the customers first. Absolutely disgusting to say the least maybe sell people couches with genuine intentions and not all about the money. The fact they never deep cleaned the couch nor did they mention to a customer that it was not clean at all absolutely shocking! To sell someone a couch that isnt cleaned says it all to be honest. Not even taking the couch back and to sell someone a couch without mentioning it was from a person who smoked. Couch stinks of smoke when she has a little baby in the house as well isnt right at all. Get your act together idiots.

I ordered a suite in March to be…

I ordered a suite in March to be delivered in May .
Waited in on delivery date to be told no deliveries that day would be on Monday.
Wrong suite delivered late and was not advised. Said they would refund the difference in price but then totally ignored me . Sent loads of messages ,tried phoning and what's app.
Had to call Trading Standards and will take them through the courts if I have to.
Uncontactable and no after customer care .
Take your cash and give you any sofa they like .
Shocking treatment .

Bought a sofa in September and there was a manufacturers fault , messaged them numerous times to be told to busy to swap it , and now they just ignore me , they were quick to take money and deliver…avoid avoid avoid I’m having to go to trading standards now

I read this company’s good reviews & was confident they were Reliable.Ordered electric recliner sofa,which was delivered when I was abroad.When I inspected it on my return,a very noticeable tear on bk of corner section,I contacted company & sent them pics of damaged section,They said it wasn’t like that when they set it up,and had photos to prove this,I expected to receive photos of an undamaged sofa,but didn’t receive any pics,It hasn’t been burned & has obviously been bashed in transit,They blocked me on fb & WhatsApp,And that is it?£1100 for a sofa isn’t expensive,But i still expected to purchase a undamaged sofa.delighted with quality of sofa,disappointing customer service,So be careful
